Telling My Fans

Mia's POV

I have to tell my fans about me, I can't keep hiding it. I'm sick of having to put concealer on my wrists every time I make a video. I decided I was gonna make a video today telling them about my story. I grabbed my camera and tripod. I sat down on my bed and I started recording.

"Hey y'all it's Cutie Peeps here and today I need to tell y'all something important."

Oh god I started to feel the tears coming

"So if you all know recently Tanner was shot. There wasn't a story to it because I didn't want the attention for it and I didn't want to be pitied. I know that seems selfish but when the love of your life gets shot but someone in your family, you don't want people to pity you the whole time. I'll start off with this, when I was young my birth mom had gotten sick. Not like regular sick, like she had a very rare cancer that was slowly killing her. She only told me, and not so long after she was in the hospital dying. I eventually told my dad I knew about it, and he was pissed at me. He said he hated me and it was all my fault. At the time I didn't have many friends, my only friend was Tanner"

I felt the tears. I tried so hard to keep them in.

"At the age of 8 my dad had started to abuse me, he would punch me, slap me, call me names. It was honestly a shit show. This kept on going on until I lost my best friend Tanner. A bunch of boys at our school were telling Tanner lies about me saying bad things about him and crap like that. He believed them, we got in a fight, we stopped being friends. That is when the depression came in"

I felt a tear go down my cheek.

"The depression started in 7th grade and it was horrible, and I eventually started cutting, but I never thought of suicide. I met my best friend to this day Hailey and it was awesome to have a friend but it didn't quite stop the cutting, and depression. I met my ex-boyfriend Leo. He seemed nice at first but then he started to abuse me, call me names, threaten to kill me. I honestly thought I would get away"

I was crying.

"Until one day in my science class, I was paired up with Tanner for a project. I hated it at first. I went to me and Tanner's special spot. It's this rock that has our names and hand prints on them. Leo found me, knocked me out, and brought me to his house. When I woke up he started to yell at me, and then threatened me that if I go near Tanner I would regret it. He let me go so I ran to my car at the beach, and then drove to Tanner's. When I got there I told him what happened, and he went with me to the police station to tell the police. Me and Tanner became best friends again. Later on my only grandpa died and he was by my side the whole time. After my grandpas funeral my whole family was having a ceremony honoring him. I went to the back of the restaurant because I saw orchids. They were my grandpas favorite. Tanner found me and confessed his feelings for me and we had our first kiss. It was amazing, like literal fireworks went off"

"After a month of dating we broke up because me and Tanner hadn't been seeing each other much. When I got home I cried and cut, and I had been clean for 3 months. I was staying at Tanner's before because my dad was on business so I had to get my stuff the next day. When I was about it leave Tanner kissed me. I didn't know how to react so he just ran inside and I drove home. I had one of his shirts and I threw it in the fireplace. And well y'all know the rest, but the day he got back I confessed my love for him and he got back together. It was amazing I love Tanner to death"

I told them about the crash and the shooting. I couldn't stop crying during the shooting part. When I finally finished I said goodbye and stopped recording.

I edited my video and it went up no so long after. I had 2.9 mil subs. I was so close to 3 million!!!!! When my video went up Tanner walked into my room. I was finally home, they cleaned the blood from the carpet, but this place was still my nightmare "Hey I saw your video" He looked me in the eye "That was really brave". He walked over to me and hugged me "I know it must've been hard for you to talk about, and I just want you to know that I'm always here for you no matter what" I pulled away and said "Promise me"

"I promise baby"
