Moving In

Mia's POV

Since Tanner bought a new house, we have to get furniture. I mean I guess we kind of have some at home, but I don't think me and Tanner will sleep in two different beds. The house is small, but that's the way I like it, it's exactly how I pictured my first house, simple and small.

It just seems cozy inside, you know, once we get the furniture in. I can't wait till we can finally live together!

Me and Tanner are just looking at pieces of furniture right now "Oh I like that" I said pointing to a small sofa. It's was the perfect size to fit 3 people, it was deep brown and has blue pillows. It looked perfect, and it's for a good price "Yeah, I really like that too" Tanner said smiling. I wrote it down on a piece of paper and we continued walking through the store. We look at some beds, tables, chairs, etc. we found many things we liked. Can't wait till we get them!

A few weeks later

The furniture finally came in! I am on my way to our new house. When I got to the house, there was a truck from the furniture store parked outside the house. I got out my car and walked to the door. The neighbors might think we're weird considering we have two, wrapped, loud, sports cars parked out front. At least we have a garage. And also with Tanner and him vlogging in the front yard like how he used to do, yeah, they're gonna think we're weird. I took the key that's attached to my lanyard and put it in the key whole. I opened the door and my mouth dropped.

It was amazing!

It doesn't look so empty anymore, it looks like an actual home. Mine and Tanner's home! The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, dining room in the kitchen. It also has a decent sized backyard! I walked around the house a bit. I stopped in the living room and sat down on the couch. It's so comfy! "You like it?" I turned my head to see Tanner leaning against the wall "No, I love it. Tanner it's perfect, it actually feels like a home!" I walked over to him and gave him a hug "Our home" He corrected me. I put my head up to look at him. We was smiling and he looked so happy "I love you" "I love you too" He leaned in and gave me a kiss on the lips. He pulled away and said "You know, we do have an extra room in the house, other than ours" I slightly frowned "Yeah bu-" I was stopped immediately by Tanner putting his finger against my lips "Sh sh sh, don't think about sad stuff. What I was thinking was, maybe you can have surgery?" I shook my head "I told you, last time I did get surgery it didn't work" "I know, but that was only a few months after you got pregnant. We can wait longer! Than it'll work, it has to. The doctor said so when you had surgery, to wait. But I didn't know about it, so we didn't. But this time I do, and we'll wait, however long that takes" He grabbed my hands and put his forehead against mine "I just want to start a family with you" I smiled "Okay" He smiled widely and kissed my lips passionately "I guess I should make an appointment now, if you're going to kiss me like that" We both laughed, and Tanner nodded. "Maybe on our honeymoon we can.." "Oh my god Tanner" I blushed "What? I'm just saying, it's gunna be awhile till we get married. And if you get the surgery done soon, then we might be able to- you know what" "I guess" "C'mere" I walked closer to him and gave him a hug "Let's enjoy this day. We have a whole house to ourselves, how about we cuddle and watch movies?" I laughed "That sounds perfect. Do you want me to put the cars in the garage?" "I'll put mine in, you don't have to do mine" I nodded. I grabbed my keys from the kitchen counter and walked to the door. I walked to my car and started it. I guess me and Tanner should but the valves on, not that it matters anyway, our cars are still loud either way. The garage door opened and I pulled my car into it, making sure to leave space for Tanner's. I got out my car and opened the trunk. I had brought some food with me because there wasn't going to be any in the house. I took the cooler out and walked into the house "I brought food because I knew we wouldn't have any" I said to Tanner. I walked to the fridge and put all the food in "I got blankets" Tanner said while walking into the living room. I smiled and grabbed some snack. I walked into the living room to see Tanner all curled up in blankets, I laughed "You look so cute" He pouted "I'm not cute, I'm hot" He said smiling. I set the snack down and sat on the couch. I took some blankets and wrapped myself in them "What movie do you want to watch?" "I'm fine with anything" He nodded and played a random movie. I cuddled closer to him and put my head on his shoulder. He smiled and kissed my forehead. He wrapped his arm around my shoulder and I smiled.

I can't believe we finally have our own house. I mean we're so young! But age doesn't matter when you're in love. I feel like I belong here, like I'm suppose to be here, and if different I wouldn't be complete, that's exactly how I feel with Tanner. Complete. I know that seems cheesy, but it's true, it really is. I couldn't be any happier "Really?" Tanner said. Oops I guess I said that out loud. I blushed "Um yeah" "Promise?" He said smiling.
