Telling Hailey

Mia's POV

I woke up with my wrists feeling sore. But something is different, I'm happy to be alive and awake. I felt a pair of string arms go around my waist, I turned around to see my beautiful boyfriend Tanner awake "Hey beautiful" He said smiling "Hi Tanner" I moved so that we were facing each other.

Last night was scary, I mean imagine if I did kill myself. Tanner would be so sad! That's why I wouldn't do it. I had to think about him, my rock. "What do you want to do today?" "I don't know. I just wanna chill. Maybe call Hailey or something" "I wanted to cuddle!" He said pouting "Hey we can cuddle until we can't" He flashed me a huge smile and hugged me tighter "I love you so much" He said into my neck "I love you more" "Impossible. I love you wayyyyyyyy more" "Okay whatever you say" I said putting my hands up like I was surrendering. He leaned in and kissed me lips, i kissed him back. Last night we did it, it was so passionate. I'm happy he's with me.

I'm happy to be alive.

I was still in my underwear in bra and he was in his boxers. I didn't want to get up and leave this, I've always dreamed of having a sweet boyfriend. When I first kissed Leo I thought he was the one, but when I looked back I didn't feel anything when we kissed. I finally know the reason why, I was in love with Tanner, and just didn't know.

I pulled away and hugged him tight "I'm happy I'm alive" I could feel him smile while kissing my forehead "I'm glad you are. Because if me being here makes you want to live, then I will be more than happy to stay" I looked up and gave him a kiss on the cheek "You missed" He said "No I didn't" I smiled innocently "Yes you did. You're suppose to kiss me here" He pointed at his lips. I shook my head and laughed, he laughed. Then he grabbed my face and kissed me on the lips.

God I love this boy to death.

We stayed in my bed cuddling, kissing, making out, talking. Until we both fell asleep. When we woke up it was still dark out, but when I woke up again it was light out. I checked my phone to see if anyone texted me, I saw a text from Hailey saying

Hey wanna hang out?

I sure as hell wanted to! She doesn't know about me cutting at all! I really need to tell her. I'll tell her when we see each other

Yeah sure. Where and when?

Mall at 5 o'clock

I put my phone on my nightstand and Tanner started waking up "What time is it?" "7:30 am" "Ugh. How did you sleep" "It was the best sleep I've ever had" He smiled "Good to know. I should sleep over more often" I playfully slapped his bare chest "Tanner Fox!" He started cracking up and I started to laugh too "Me and Hailey are going to go hang out at 5" "Okay. I think I might film a vid with Jake or Maverick" "I want to stay here" "We are going to fall asleep again" "True. Let's go downstairs. I'm hungry" He nodded him head and we both got out of my bed. I took one of Tanner's shirts that he left over and put it over me. I went to the bathroom to check my wrists. They were fine but they need to heal. I brushed my hair and teeth, and walked downstairs "You look hot in my clothes" Tanner said from the kitchen, I blushed "Thanks" He smiled and walked over to the stove "Whatca makin' bacon?" "Eggs, and bacon" I laughed and put my arms around Tanner's waist.

I just love these moments. The ones were you are happy, and feel like nothing can ruin anything. I've never been good with expressing my feelings, but I always try to keep them hidden. I can't do that with Tanner, I can't keep my love for him a secret. I love him too much!

After breakfast we just sat on the couch and watched movies till I had to get ready for the mall. I was wearing something simple. White tank top, ripped jeans, a tfox hat, and my black converse. I walked downstairs to see Tanner watching Spongebob "You're such a child" I say from behind him "I know" He flashed me a toothy smile and I laughed "Well I'm heading out. I'll see you later" "Love you" He walked up to me and kissed me on the lips, I kissed him back and said "Love you!" While I was walking out the door. I got into my car, and drove to the mall. Hailey said to meet her at the Starbucks inside. I walked to the Starbucks and I see Hailey on her phone "What up beatch" "Hey I've missed you so much! How are you?" She said hugging me "I feel amazing!" "Why?" She said wiggling her eyebrows "I just love Tanner soooo much. He's such an awesome guy!" "Did you guys do it?" I slowly nod my head "WOAH! My best friend is getting it!" "Omfg stop!" She laughed until her eyes laid upon my right arm "What happened to your arm?" I froze and looked down at my arm "That's why I wanted to hang out. Because I need to tell you something" She nodded and payed attention to me "I used to cut. Way before I met you. And even after. I was just really depressed all the time and I didn't know how to handle it. And before Tanner go shot, I called him telling him to come over asap. He came to my house just as my dad was about to shot me. He shot Tanner instead and I felt so guilty I couldn't even look at him. So yesterday I was contemplating life. I wanted to end it so I started cutting until I realized Tanner would start being depressed and cut too. I mean he's done it twice because I was hurt! I called him over and we started talking about it until things got heated. He took my razor and said that he was going to kill himself because he felt bad for being a terrible boyfriend for not noticing I was in pain. But before he could I took the razor out of his hand, and threw it out the window. I told him I would never do it again, and I never want to. We started kissing and then we did it. Things we just all over the place yesterday. I'm sorry I didn't tell you about me cutting" "Mia don't worry. I'm happy you told me"

We talked, shopped, laughed, and over all had an amazing time like how we used to before life hit us. I'm so lucky to have you.
