Peter's POV
Peter rushes into his apartment, breathing a sigh of relief when he sees that Aunt May is still out. Gently placing (Y/N) on his bed, he checks her over for injuries. Her ankle is pretty bashed up but he doesn't think it is broken and loads of bruises cover her face, arms and legs but nothing life threatening.
After bandaging her ankle, Peter just stands by the bed gazing down at (Y/N). It has been a year since he saw her face and now his eyes drink her in hungrily. She is still his (Y/N).
But what devastates him was that she doesn't seem to know who he is. Or who she is for that matter. Her eyes show nothing but confusion and fear.
Sighing sadly, Peter flops back down on his desk chair. What happened to her? His brown eyes drop to the floor as he thinks. "Where were you, (Y/N)?" he mutters quietly.
"Who is (Y/N)?"
Peter jumps and looks up. (Y/N) is awake, her (Y/E/C) eyes giving him a piercing star. Peter bites him lip. "You."
Your POV
Your eyes widen. "Me?" you mutter, straining to remember that name. It does sound familiar. "Who are you?" you ask the boy. His breath falters and he gulps, blinking a few times. "I'm Peter. We were best friends before you disappeared."
You bite your lip and look away. "I'm sorry."
Peter shakes his head. "It's not your fault. Anyway, I'm going to try and find some way of getting your memories back."
*2 Months Later*
You giggle as you watch Peter fooling around with his webs. He had told you about how he used to be a superhero called Spider-Man and you had forced him to go back to it. Now he always seems happy and you love it.
As you (Y/E/C) eyes flick over him, you stomach clenches. You can't deny it. You feel something other then friendship towards the brown haired boy. But you are sure that he doesn't feel the same. He's Spider-Man for fricks sake! A hot superhero who swings around New York in red spandex! He could have any hot girl he wanted so why would he choose you? You're just...well...you.
