You were sat in a nice little café with Niall, leaning back in your chair while listening to him talk. He smiled with his words and you examined his lips as they moved, his voice flowing perfectly with the bustling of the café.
“Well, love,” He smirked. “You finally got your coffee date. Is it all that you expected and more?” He leaned in, as if your answer was a secret.
You giggled and nodded, taking a sip from your cup. “Yes, Niall,” You stopped when you noticed a girl walking in, staring at the two of you.
Niall’s eyes followed yours, landing upon the girl. He let out a frustrated groan and planted his feet firmly to the ground, clenching his jaw. You raised an eyebrow at him, and he sighed.
“It’s my ex,” He said underneath his breath. “Of course she’d have to show up and ruin our perfect little date,” He growled.
You looked back over at her. She was quite possibly the most disgusting thing you had ever seen. She stood in huge heels, a short skin-tight silver dress that hugged every inch of her body, long dangling earrings, red lipstick that could be seen from miles away, and she clutched a giant designer handbag, wearing a filthy smirk on her expression. You wondered how Niall ever found this girl attractive.
Her heels clicked obnoxiously as she approached you and Niall, pulling a pair of sunglasses off of her face as she walked. You rolled your eyes when she came to an abrupt stop, resting one hand on her hip, and using the other to loosely grasp the handles of her handbag. With a plastic smile plastered to her face, she titled her head and scanned her eyes over Niall’s body as he lounged back in his chair.
“Well, would you look at that,” She said, running her tongue over her teeth. “If it isn’t Mr. Niall Horan.”
Niall let out a shaky breath and glanced at you before taking a sip from his cup and glaring at the girl. “What do you want from me?” He barked, his eyes glazing over with a certain evil glow that you’d never seen before. You had to admit, he did look a bit threatening as he balled his fists up, tapping his feet anxiously on the floor.
She chuckled devilishly and tugged at the rim of her dress, shrugging. “You really don’t want to know,” She chuckled again, smirking at him as if you weren’t even there. You coughed, pretending to gag at how disgusting she was. Just the sight of her was enough to upset your stomach, and her annoying high-pitched voice wasn’t making it any better.
Niall cringed, shaking his head. “You know, I’ve moved on and I’m so much better off now. I think it’s about time you do the same,” He said to her. He winked at you, placing his hand on top of yours. You sat silently, refusing to look away from him. You stared into him as she gasped.
She threw her head back as her horribly loud laugh boomed. A hand flew to her mouth, and she continued to chuckle. “Oh, so you think she’s better than me? What even is this girl? Oh c’mon, Niall, you can’t be serious,” She hissed, taking in your appearance with a nasty look on her face.
Niall broke eye contact with you for only a moment to stand on his feet, pushing the chair out from underneath him with so much force that it wobbled until it clattered to the floor. You began to feel nervous as the entire café turned to see what all the commotion was about. Niall pounded his fist on the table, causing his coffee to spill, as he gritted his teeth.
“You are the filthiest thing I have ever had the displeasure of meeting,” He growled, taking a step closer to her. “I suggest you look again, because Lyric is so obviously ten thousand times better than you. You’re just as despicable as you were when I left you, it’s no wonder why you’re still single,” He shouted, before slapping his hand across her face, without even hesitating.
He grabbed your hand and pulled you along, shoving past her. You quickly followed, with your mouth hanging open. You felt like tackling him in hugs and kisses right there, but you had already caused a big enough scene.
Before pushing through the door to leave, he looked back at her and shouted, “Don’t worry, I’ll make sure to invite you to mine and Lyric’s wedding!”
**Ooooh kill it, Nialler! Haha I hope you liked it!**
