We're all gaping at her. She looked up and slowly stood. No one spoke.

Dayyyuuuuummmm

Her voice - it was like magic. Calming, soothing, beautiful.

"I didn't think it was that bad," she huffed, looking at her feet.

"Love," I blurted without thinking, "it was . . . wow." was all I could seem to get out. Her head snapped up and she gave me a small smile and blushed. It was cute. The girls slowly snapped out of it and began to nod in agreement.

"How long have you been able to do that," Jesy asked, with a face I can describe only as adoration. I frowned. She's mine, I thought automatically. But she wasn't mine. I pushed the feeling back, shocked that I thought of it.

"I don't know . . . I guess for a while-"

She's cut off by the intercom, "Attention guests. That is your all clear. You are now permitted to move about. Thank you for staying at Waldorf-Astoria."

Leigh-Anne's cell phone rang. She spoke for a moment, then hung up. She looked up, half smiling, half grimacing.

"One victim. They got him though. On the bright side, they're getting to those in the elevators now. But we're in the elevator on the furthest side of the room. Which means we've got a while to wait. But at least she's safe," she informed us, glancing at Perrie who looks like she's going to faint in relief. She hugged Jesy.

While we waited, we looked for ways out, but soon found there weren't any. Jesy finally brought up our earlier conversation.

"So, Perrie, what were you saying earlier?" She smiled, then looked up and shrugged.

"I dunno. It was something Bella and I did. Sing. I've never really sung in front of anyone before. I'm not very good." We collectively gasped.

"Perrie," I said softly, looking into her blue eyes. "You have to know, your voice - it's really different. It's beautiful. Like you." I added the last part with a wink and she blushed furiously.

The girls slowly nodded in agreement. Jordan had passed out on the floor with everyone's jackets on top of him, snoring loudly.

Leigh chuckled to herself. "Now I get why she didn't want us to sing." She smiled and shrugged mysteriously. She had a beautiful smile. I shook my head. You just met her. Stop acting like you're together.

"Perrie?" Jesy asked. She looked over to her, who was hunched in the corner, rocking back and forth. I faceplamed. I forgot Jesy is extremely claustrophobic. She might have a panic attack. Leigh and I exchanged worried glances.

"Hm?" Perrie murmured, blissfully unaware.

"Do you think you could sing again? I'm not really a fan of tight spaces, but your voice calms me," Jesy pleaded. Perrie's face creased with worry and she goes and sits next to her, putting an arm around her. I flinched.

"Sure, Jesy. Anything for you. What'd you like?" she offered with a playful grin. I was struck with a sudden pang of jealousy, surprising myself. I pushed it away.

"Anything. Just sing again." Jesy leaned her head into Perrie's hair. She frowned and gently patted her back. Leigh and I sat down as well, Jordan still asleep, so that we were facing the two of them. We remained silent.

"Okay . . ." she said quietly after a moment. Then she began. I smiled at her song choice. Wake Me Up - My favourite Ed Sheeran song. I closed my eyes and listened.

I should ink my skin, with your name . . .

Once she finished, we saw that Jesy had fallen asleep on her shoulder. She chuckled and let her stay there. She was so . . . motherly.

She started to sing again. This time, it was You Oughta Know by Alanis Morissette. We all closed our eyes once more and let ourselves slip away.

I want you to know, that I'm happy for you . . .

She finished and this time we look up to see Leigh crawling over and laying her head on Perrie's lap. She laughed softly and let her stay as well, playing with her hair, stroking her arms. She fell asleep as well. My stomach twisted around and I can't look anymore.

Chill. I laid my head in Leigh's lap and closed my eyes. Perrie and Jordan, who had woken up, started talking.

"You seem really comfortable with them," Jordan murmured, and I can hear the smile in his voice. She laughed.

"I babysit a lot. I'm used to kids. They're just like a larger of them." Jordan chuckled.

"So what's the deal with Jade?" she questioned suddenly. My ears perked up.

"What deal?" Jordan asked with a smirk in his tone.

"Is she always flirting with girls like that?" she elaborated.

"Well, that's kinda not my place to tell you. She flirts with guys mostly. Not really girls that often," Jordan replied. I wanted to punch him. She'll never go for me now!

"Oh well, I guess I know what you're talking about . . ." she trials off. "I've never been a 'wild girl'. My mum is really strict. No make-up or heels." She wasn't wearing make-up? She was pretty without it.

"You don't need that stuff," Jordan said, and I could practically hear her blush.

"Thanks," she whispered. "Tell me about the girls. I know their music, but that's about it. I feel as though they're a much bigger deal than they appear to be."

"Well, we've been lucky . . . Let's just say most girls aren't as calm as you are around them, which is why I think they all like you so much. Especially Jade."

"I though you said Jade was a flirt . . . With guys and girls."

"Uh, I didn't exactly say that but she's different around you. I think she might actually fancy you." I resisted the urge to open my eyes and look at her expression.

"Huh," is all she answers with. What kind of an answer is that?!?!? I screamed mentally.

"Don't get me wrong," Jordan covered. "She's a brilliant girl and she just broke up with her boyfriend so she's a little rough. It's just hard to date any of them because of their crazy tour schedules."

"You sound like you speak from experience," she replied.

"Leigh and I are dating."

"Huh." It was silent for a few minutes. "So what's your job?" she queried.

"Oh I'm just here with the girls, just for a visit. I go back to London in a couple of days to start football training again."

"Huh . . . I think I might go to sleep, if you don't mind?"

"Not at all. One more song maybe?" Jordan pleaded. She thought about it and ultimately agreed. I strained my ears to hear her softly sing the first verse to When Will I Be Loved? by Linda Ronstadt.

I've been cheated, been mistreated . . .

And with that, I drifted off to sleep, her voice filling the room.

A/N: Hi guys! Just a few checkers.

I know Jesy isn't claustrophobic. It just goes with the story. And I have Perrie singing When Will I Be Loved and You Oughta Know but not Wake Me Up cos I did some research and found out that, Wake Me Up is Jade's favourite Ed Sheeran song so I had to put that in.

When Will I Be Loved is on the side and You Oughta Know was Perrie's audition so you've all probably seen it ;)

So that's all!
