You read a fanfic about another boy and he gets jealous

Niall: "I can't believe you said on Twitter that you read that!" Niall was so upset that you'd answered yes to a fan, who asked if you'd read a certain fanfic about Zayn. "Why? It's really a good story, and a lot of people like it. You're making this such a big deal. No one else is like 'oh Niall's girlfriend reads stuff about Zayn!' They're like 'oh cool [Y/N] reads it too.' or 'oh crap, Zayn may know it exist.'" Niall heard nothing you said, "So do you like Zayn?!" "What?! No!" You quickly defended, "It's just a fanfic I happen to like, get over it! Don't be jealous over words on a computer. Do you realize how crazy that sounds? I love you, but I enjoy reading a good fanfic about Zayn. It's that's simple, and I'm not afraid to say that."



Harry: "Can I see what you're reading?" Harry asked, when he saw you smiling away over a story. "No way," you answered quickly, slamming your laptop shut. You did not want him to see the story you were reading about Liam. "You wouldn't like it." "What is it?" he questioned, now more curious than ever. "It's just a little fan written story." "Oh, about me?" You would have said yes, but your face gave away the answer right away. "Another guy?" "It's a Liam story," you admitted. "Oh," Harry tried to act like that didn't bother him, but you could see that it did. "I do read one about you, but right now, this is a Liam one. But I read these before I even met you, so I don't see them as a Liam or anyone story. It's just.. a story."



Liam: "What does that say?!" Liam asked, while staring at your laptop in shock. He had been passing by while you were reading on it, and happened to see something that made him stop in his tracks, "Harry did what? What in the world do you sit here reading?!" You laughed nervously, trying to quickly shut the laptop, "It's called a fanfic. Your fans write these little stories about you all, and I was just checking this Harry one out. I was curious." Liam continued to stare at the words on the screen, and noticed something, right as you finally shut the computer, "Just checking it out, and yet you got all the way to chapter 26?" You cheeks turned bright red, "It's just a story Liam."



Zayn: "You're acting like you walked in on me and Louis," you told Zayn, as he freaked out over you reading a fanfiction, "It's a story - a book. I read all the time, and you don't freak out like this." "Those books are not about Louis!" Zayn reminded you, trying to stop his mind from thinking this meant more than you were saying it did. "Zayn," you started slowly, hating that he was so mad over this, "I promise, I didn't think of it as anything but a story. I understand what you think, but that's not it. I don't like Louis. This girl just wrote a good story, and it's about him." Zayn sighed, "I just don't like the thought of you thinking of that when you're near him." "I honestly have never thought of a fanfic when I'm around the guys. Not even once. I promise."



Louis: Louis turned on his computer to a fanfic you'd left open the night before. It only took him a short time reading, to learn exactly what it was about. "You read sex stuff about Niall?" You almost choked on the air you were breathing, "What?" "You left this open," Louis explained, showing you the screen, "Do you read anything like this about me?" You cursed yourself silently for not clearing your history, before responding truthfully, "No." Louis looked so hurt over that, "Why not? Why Niall?" "Honestly, I don't want to read about you with other girls. Fiction or not, it's not something I want in my head." "But this," he thought of what he'd just read, "Is okay in your head?" You shrugged, "He's not like Niall at all, so yeah..."
