You meet his family for the first time

Zayn: "You're nervous, I can tell" Zayn said, and you turned to him. "Shut up" you laughed, leaning your head on his shoulder. He turned his head quickly to kiss your forehead before turning back to the road. You got off the high way and started on the rural streets. You knew you were close, and you could feel the butterflies fluttering. You were meeting Zayn's family for the first time, and you were anxious. You were nervous to make a good impression. You were pretty sure you were going to marry Zayn, so this impression was really important. You pulled up in front of Zayn's childhood home, and he shut off the car. Immediately, Trisha was rushing out the front door towards your car."It's like she's psychic" Zayn laughed, climbing out of the driver's seat. "Hi sweetie!" she said, pulling him into a hug. "Hey mum" Zayn said, hugging her back. You got out and grabbed the potted plant you had bought for her. You saw Doniya, Waliyha and Safaa standing in the door way as Zayn broke his hug with his mom. "Mum, this is Y/N" he said as you walked around the front of the car. "Hello love" she said, hugging you. It felt just like your mom was hugging you, and it felt nice to feel that level of comfort. "Nice to meet you" you said, smiling as you pulled apart. "You too" she smiled back. "Oh, here, I got you this" you said, handing her the plant. "Oh thanks sweetie" she said, taking the plant from you. You all walked up to the door together, which had been left open by the girls. "Girls, Zayn's here!" Tricia said, unaware. The girls came into the front hall and they all hugged Zayn together. "This is Y/N" he said, turning his body to you. "Hi" you waved shyly. "Hi" they all smiled. You walked in and sat on the couch. You actually related a lot to Zayn's family. You got along really well with Doniya, being so close in age, and Waliyha and Safaa thought you were really cool. Tricia thought you were a really sweet and liked how you behaved with Zayn. Overall, it was a really good night. As you two crawled into bed in Zayn's old bedroom, he pulled you in close. "Thanks so much" he whispered, and you looked at him, confused. "For what?" you asked, pulling the covers over yourself. "For being you. You made today so easy. I never once was worried you wouldn't fit in" he said, smiling. You kissed him, and turned off the lamp.

Niall: You were walking down the terminal, dragging your suitcase behind you. Niall was picking you up from Dublin International Airport, and you were so excited to see him. He had gone home four days earlier, but you had a friend's birthday party to go to, so you booked a later flight. You were excited to see Mullingar for the first time, and to meet his family. You rounded the corner, and saw a group of girls. "There's my man" you whispered to yourself, smiling. You walked towards him and he spotted you. "Excuse me" you heard his sweet Irish accent sternly say. You smiled, you really did miss him. He emerged from the crowd with a sign that said 'Beautiful Girl'. How could you not smile? You ran over to him and gave him a hug. "Hi princess" he smiled, and you hugged him tighter. You two pulled apart, and you looked at him in the eye. "Ready to meet the Horans?" he asked, and you nodded, smiling. You walked out hand in hand to the car. "So, my dad's in the car" he said and you turned to him. "Niall" you whined. You thought you were going to have a couple hours to prepare. He smiled at you, and you looked forward and saw Bobby, who you recognized from pictures, leaning against the car. He spotted you two and smiled wide. As you got closer, he waved. "Hello" he called, and you smiled. You got within arm's reach, and he pulled you into a tight hug. You smiled, it felt just like when Niall hugged you. "It's lovely to meet you. Niall has not stopped talking about you" he said, releasing you. "Really nice to meet you too" you smiled. You looked over at Niall, who was blushing, lifting your bags in the trunk. The car ride home was really casual. You three talked about football, traffic, how it was living in London and other random topics. Eventually, you pulled up to Bobby's house. "Well, it was truly a pleasure" he said, giving you a one armed hug. You smiled and moved up front. "Bye dad!" Niall called, and you smiled at Bobby. "Ready for mum?" he asked, and you nodded. You drove over to Maura's. You pulled up, and Maura came rushing out with a dishcloth in her hand. "Hi Y/N" she called, rushing towards the car. "Hi Mrs. Gallagher" you smiled as she hugged you. She pulled back and looked you in the eye. "Don't you call me that, you'll make me feel old! Maura" she said, and you nodded smiling. "You're every bit as beautiful and Niall said you would be" she smiled, and you looked at Niall. He threw his hands up in the air and brought your suitcase in. You ended up hitting it off with Maura, and spent as much time with her as you did Niall while in Mullingar.
