________________________________________________________________________________After have met Raphael, your image in school had started changing. Instead of being one of the mean elder students everyone feared, you had now become someone people respected, though still being the toughest girl in school.
Everything that had changed, had changed because Raph had told you there was more in life, than being the physical strongest. And for once in your life someone else's opinion was important to you. His opinion was important to you. However, that soon was taken in to consideration, as all communication with him suddenly vanished.
For over two weeks you heard nothing from him. No more visits, no more texts, no more calls. He simply just had been deleted completely from existence. At first you had been worried, but as none of your efforts went through to him, your concern turned into frustration
As the third week took its end and still no sign from Raph, messages from him out of the blue started ticking in on your phone that Friday. One text after another showed up on your phone. Though you were relived seeing Raph's name popping up, you were full of bitter feelings. He couldn't just disappear from one day and show up the next.
Instead of answering, you ignored your phone completely. After a few days with your phone turned off, Raph randomly showed up in the shadows trying to get your attention, but even so you just acted as if he was air. Whether it annoyed him or not that you shoved off every of his attempts to talk with you, you didn't care.
One evening however the storm broke loose. After have been out buying some stuff for your dad, you walked through the dimly lit part of the city on your way home. It wasn't the fastest way home to you, but you were in no hurry and neither seemed your surroundings to be. You passed a few trashcans with fire in where some of the neighborhood's homeless were gathered to hold the chilly evening's weather away.
Some of them looked your way as you passed, but else kept quiet. You could feel their glances, but ignored them. You weren't troubled with the homeless gazes. What troubled you was the almost non-existing shadow that followed you overhead. You knew who it was, and something told you the occasionally easy-to-see movements over you wasn't coincidences.
You pulled your jacket closer around you and held the bag you were holding in your hand tighter as you turned a corner down a passage. A low beeping in your pocket indicated you had got a new message. Guessing it maybe would be your mom, you took your phone out. On the display showed up a message saying:
Raph: Would you stop walking for a minut (Y/n).
Just as you stuffed your phone away, someone jumped out in front of you, blocking your way. Not even looking at him, you tried to pass him, but was again stopped by him moving in your way. Trying to move the other way the same thing happened, only putting more fuel to your fury.
"God dammit Raphael!! Move your big butt!" you grumbled, glaring up at the green turtle before you, you hadn't seen for weeks.
"No. First you and I are gonna talk," he replied.
"What if I don't want to talk?" You turned on your heel ready to leave the way you just had come from. Of course that didn't went as planned as Raph once more with fast movement stopped you. You were caged in...and you didn't like that.
"I'm not giving you a choice." You could hear from his voice he suppressed anger, but you had some frustrations of your own and you wouldn't let him be the victim here. "What's going on? Why you'd keep avoiding me? You can't just ignore me!"
