"Please tell me your lying." Megan demanded.

I shut my eyes closed, nodding my head once. "No fucken way." She shot up from her seat eyes wide.

"You mean the freak who always wore black and listened to punk is the mystery guy X?" Her mouth hangs open.

I flash my eyes open and slowly nod, confirming once more. Megan tilts her head back letting out a laugh in disbelief. "Okay so what are you going to do?" She settles back into her seat, leaning in on her elbows.

"What do you mean?" I ask confused.

She rolls her eyes. "Flor, don't be an idiot, the guy sooner or later is bound to be loaded and you mean to tell me your just gonna let the chance pass you by?"

I arch my eyebrows. "Okay Megan stop, your turning this into something it shouldn't."

"Girl if you don't I will."

"Will what?" I demand.

She gives me a glare. "Make him mine."

This time I laugh. "Megan, I doubt a guy like him doesn't have plenty of girls hanging around all ready, I mean he does live in that house." I point out.

She smirks. "How do you know? Have you been at his place?"

I shook my head. "Then let's stop by. It can be a surprise visit." She starts to get off the chair again but I catch her hand.

"Megan what are you trying to prove?"

"That you shouldn't waste your time on a guy like him."

She pulls her hand free. "Don't make me do this." I beg.

Megan doesn't listen though, instead she grabs her bag and starts heading out my room. "Megan." I call after her.

She's already out the door while I chase after her. I can see from here that down the street X and a few of his friends are out front.

Megan doesn't stop though no matter how many times I call after her. "Megan stop!"

She continues walking ahead until we're a few feet from the house. X and his friends whom I recognize from the last time are watching us, X mainly looking at me wondering what the hell I was doing here. To be honest I was asking myself the same thing.

"You're that guy, right?" Megan speaks up.

I mentally cringe and kick myself. "Who you talking to?" One of X's friends asks her.

Megan tosses her hair over her shoulder offering them a bright smile while I try avoiding X's eyes. "Jahseh...or X?" Megan pulls her phone out and with a smile on her face snaps a picture of him.

I stare at her, eyes wide and mouth hanging open. "What the fuck?" I hear X say.

"I wonder how much I could get for this picture...of the freak whose actually X?" Megan says.

I look back from X to Megan and can only feel the embarrassment overwhelm me. "I'm sorry." I mutter.

Megan was about to say something else when I grab her by the hand and force her to walk all the way back to the house with me. It isn't until we're behind closed doors that I give her a piece of my mind.

"Why did you do that?" I demand.

She shrugs. "For fun."

"That's not funny you..." I wasn't one to lose my temper so often but something about what she did and the way she did just pissed me off so much.

"Flor?" She looks at me shocked, no longer is the smirk on her face but instead confusion and shock.

"I don't want to see you right now, please leave." I whisper before heading back upstairs to my room and slamming the door shut.

I locked myself in my room for a while. I couldn't get over what Megan did and I don't think I'll be able to face X again after what happened.

I groaned and buried my face into my pillow.

I felt my phone buzz and unlocked it, thanks to X's warning last night about locking it I took the privilege of doing so. After last night I had woken up alone, with my window half closed and only imagined he'd left before any one of us woke up.

I was grateful for because if my mom found him here I wasn't so sure neither one of us would come out alive.

I saw I had a notification from Tumblr.

It was from X.

Party at my place Friday @ 8.

I read the message and replied back. I'm invited?

He instantly replied.

Yeah, it's not your fault you have stupid ass friends

I laugh.

Thanks for the invite, I'll try to make it.

Cool -X

I locked my phone and squealed. I had no idea what I was going to wear but X had personally invited me to his party and I wasn't going to miss it for the world. That was until I realized I had nothing to wear other than the ugly sacks I call clothes.

It's been so long since I had done my makeup too.

I starred at myself in the mirror, my confidence diminishing.

There was a reason I stopped dressing up and going out. I was scarred and truly terrified. I could almost hear the bell sounds that rang whenever he was near. I shook my head and pried myself away from those thoughts.

Instead I focused on X.

It was then I had made up my mind, I was gonna look beautiful and feel it too.
