It's the pumpkin season, my most hated season. You can blame the school for that.

The whole month of October, they make everything pumpkin flavored. I can survive 1 week of pumpkin flavored items. BUT THE WHOLE MONTH.

That's taking it too far. But I'll have to bear with it.

Natsu on the other hand loves this season. He has been especially excited for this and I've been the gloom to his happiness.

It's currently Lunch.

"Hey, Lucy, why do you avoid the lunch room?" He asked me as we walked towards our lockers.

"It's better to be alone, the place is too noisy anyway," I said as I stopped at my locker.

Natsu walked to his locker, leaving me to grab my lunch.

It's been mostly Leo hurting me. Sometimes Taurus joins him. All 10 of them hate me.

I wonder who it'll be today.

I call Taurus.

Way to be enthusiastic.

Ah I remember the days when we all used to be friends

Nope, I don't want to remember.

But it was fun

Yes, because when they talk behind your back was so much fun.

Natsu appeared behind me like magic.

His hand rested on my shoulder to tell me he was here.

He touched my shoulder and I flinched.

I turned around and let out a relieved sigh.

He was staring at me with his curious black eyes.

I stared back. It looked like he wanted to say something but decided against it.

"I got my lunch," He said.

We walked to the library in silence. He kept staring at me like he wanted to say something.

I let out a sigh.

"What is it?" I finally asked him.

"Huh?" He replied.

"I know you want to say something so spit it out," I told him a little harshly.

"Fine, why did you flinch when I touched your shoulder?" He asked waiting for my answer.

"No particular reason just scared me that's all" I answered.

That is a complete lie, Taurus cut you there.

"Lucy, you play horror and war games in the middle of the night with the lights switched off for FUN, I don't think a little shoulder tap would scare you" He replied back.

Busted

I stayed quiet.

"Lucy, what's the real reason?" He asked.

I didn't reply.

He let out a long sigh.

"If I tell you a secret, will you tell me?" He said quietly.

I looked back at him with curious eyes.

"Depends on the scale of the secret" I finally answered.
