Chapter 12: She found out.

Lucy P.O.V
Saturday Nov 16th

Today's the day that I promised to take Yukino shopping to find out what she likes so Sting could find her a special Christmas present.

I had especially reminded Natsu not to come over as I was going out with Yukino.

Here I am prepared 1 hour early because I couldn't figure out what to do so I got fidgety.

I'm actually pretty nervous. I fidgeted with my hands and flipped through channels trying to find something to do.

Calm down Jeez, you're turning into one of those frantic girls before a date.

I'm not, just nervous.

Watch your heart rate, Lucy.

Ya I know.

The bell rang and I fell out of my chair.

I scrambled from the door and opened it looking composed.

"Hey Lucy" Yukino's excited voice chirped.

"Hi" I said smiling politely.

"Are you ready to go?" She asked.

"Yep" I answered.

I stepped outside and locked the door behind me before we began to proceed to the mall.

The mall surprisingly isn't too far from my house.

We arrived there in no time.

Yukino's mouth fell open. Her eyes basically turned to sparkles.

"I don't remember the last time I came to the mall" she said.

"I can remember when I last came to the mall, it was a year or so ago" I said calmly.

"A YEAR" she exclaimed.

"Yep, I don't see the point of wasting money on expensive clothes." I said glancing around.

"That means I'm basically taking you shopping" She said smiling. " We're going to visit so many shops and buy a whole lot of things."

Oh Sting you don't know how much you owe me.

I internally groaned and was dragged to the first shop.

Clothes were hanging everywhere. She began to pick out different clothes that we would try out.

I sat down and complimented her whenever she came out with a different piece of cloth on her body.

She tried to get me to start wearing and changing but I reminded her I was taking her shopping not going shopping myself.

In the end of the first store, she bought a whole bunch of dresses which of course I carried and we proceeded to the next store.

I knew I wasn't going to survive like this.

*Slurp* This is going to be interesting

For you, I'm the one suffering here.

She slipped excitedly to the next store and I followed almost tripping.

This cycle continued for a while

"Hey Lucy, we should grab something to eat" She said.

Those words were like heaven to me.

A relieved sigh came out of my mouth as we searched for a place to eat.

We spotted a place and took our seats.
