Friday November 22nd
Ok so to be frank, I'm in the gym right now.
Why?
Oh because we're about to play dodgeball.
The game where people can hit other people without getting in trouble and Can I say how much I love that.
"Ok, I'll divide you into two teams" The teacher said.
I sighed in relief while everyone else groaned.
I was cast into the blue side with Natsu, Sting and Yukino.
It's kind of like that destiny thing or maybe it was just luck.
The dodgeballs were set in the middle and everyone was crouched onto the ground with their legs touching the wall.
The whistle blew and I sprinted for a ball. I grabbed one and backed up as to not get hit.
"Any plan?" Natsu asked me.
"Nope, just try not to get out Dragneel" I said daring him.
"What makes you think I'll get out?" He said and dodged an incoming ball.
"Well you don't really look the type to last the whole game." I said catching a ball and getting someone out.
"Is that a challenge?" He asked.
"Depends, it's not like there's going to be much of a challenge." I said.
"Even I felt that one" Sting said.
I looked straight to find fire in his eyes.
"Oh you're on" Natsu said.
He grabbed a ball and threw it at a girl on the other team.
She got out pretty fast.
I smiled at as if accepting his challenge, I turned around to find a ball coming straight at my face.
I barely dodged in time, whoever made me take those judo lessons as a kid, THANK YOU.
I grabbed a ball and threw it at the nearest person, I hit them in the arm.
The person turned around and gave me a sharp glare.
Another enemy, how thrilling.
At this point I don't care.
I caught a few balls, here and there. I threw some too not really caring for what they thought.
At the end of the game, I felt a little tired. A smile was in my face as I knew my team won.
Natsu came towards me and smiled.
"Guess we'll have to settle this another time" He said panting.
"I guess so" I smiled.
We quickly changed and got ready for the last period of the day.
I met up with Natsu, Sting and Yukimo outside the gym just as the bell rang.
"You sure took forever" Natsu said. "Even Yukino was out before you"
"Was that a compliment or an insult?" I heard Yukino ask.
"I was just wrapped in my thoughts and lost track of time" I said.
Not a complete lie, just not the whole truth.
I'd been arguing with Inner about who would win between Michael Jordan and Stephen Curry so I got sidetracked.
