Midoriya and I were walking down the street, I look over to Midoryia, he had his head held down watching his feet like they were the most interesting thing ever and seemed to be in deep thought. He's probably thinking back to what all might had told them, being quirkless myself I felt a harsh sting, but all might, the number one hero, his favourite hero, it must have stabbed him in the heart with and electrical rod...

"can even a quirkless person be like you some day?"

"You're quirkle-" all might's sentence is cut off by him suddenly coughing and steam emitting from his body. I looked over to Midoriya but he didn't notice anything since he had his head down.

"I... we both have no quirks, so we're constantly made fun of by everybody, maybe it's not just because we're both quirkless, but I don't really know why. We just think saving people is the coolest, most awesomest thing ever. I want to know no fear and save people with a smile!" he suddenly brightened up "I want to be a legendary hero like you and OOOOOOWHAAAA--!!?" he shriecked

"you finally noticed"

"He shriveled up!!! EH!? you mean, all this time...EH!? Are you an impostor!? You're a stick!!" he spurted out

"I am still all might. WHA--!!" blood suddenly gushed out from his mouth

"Midoriya-san, he really is all might, I watched him... shrink"

"IT CAN'T BEEEE!!!" 

"You know how some guys swagger with their abs out at the pool? It's like that!" he explained to us

"No WAY!!!" he screeched. After he explained to us how a 5 years back at a villain attack, his respiratory system was in shambles and his stomach is totally gone, he also showed us the gruesome scar on the side of his belly. He told us how he had to take multiple surgeries and now he can only be a hero 3 hours a day. He didn't tell the public about his condition, so he asked us to keep it a secret.

"The 'symbol of peace' who always rescues innocents with a smile must never succumb to the forces of evil. the reason I laugh is to deceive and distract from the pressure and terror that dwells with in me. A pro is always laying his or her life on the line. So I can't bring myself to tell you 'you can do it even without a quirk'" 

"....Haa...." Midoriya was at a lose of words

"If you aspire to save people, there's always the police force. Villain custody is often thankless work, but that too is a job worthy of praise!... I won't denigrate dreaming. That being said... you need to see reality for what it is, kids." with that he left

"M-Midoriya...san" I didn't know what to say to make him feel better "f-for what it's worth... I-I still believe you can be a hero" I played with my thumb and look away. Damn it what do I say! 

"it's time i started thinking seriously about my future" he began to tear up "I always knew it was a fantasy... but i desperately refused to accept it" he wiped the tears off his eyes, I stopped him and made him look at me

"Midoriya-san" I say sternly "it's not a fantasy, I'm quirkless too you know, if we work together we can do it for sure, I believe in you" I placed my hands on his shoulders, but we were interrupted by the murmuring of a crowd of people. We looked to see what the commotion was all about and to our surprise we saw the slug villain that attacked us earlier.
