A/N: I'm sorry for being trash, I promise I'll update Maldonado Budget #soon. (Did I use this in the right context?) Anyway, this week I'm riding the struggle bus, so brace yourselves for either shortened onehots, trashy normal length oneshots, or none at all. I'm going to be back to normal, I promise. And please, don't give up on me, I don't need even more people giving up on me right now. That aside, enjoy whatever this is. I love y'all! Remember to eat and sleep and drink lots of water! 😘😘😘

"Here you go." Avi half smiled and handed some things to Kirstie. She gladly took the small bit of medicine and drank a little of the water he had given her. She mirrored his smile when his lips came in contact with the side of her head. "Do you want to go lay down?" Kirstie gently nodded and Avi happily bridal style carried her and laid her in their shared bed.
"Should've listened to Mitch." Kirstie mumbled as she pulled the covers even tighter around herself.
"Hmm?" Avi asked her.
"Well, Mitch kept telling me to take a break and to eat and to sleep and go to you or anyone in Penta for that matter when I'm getting too in my head, and--" Avi stopped her before she could bubble over in words.
"Shh, Princess. I know, I know. I don't want you to get sick again." Avi's sympathetic smile returned.
"I know." Kirstie whispered.
"But really, Mitch was right. You could've told me you were anxious and nervous and I would've done everything to take all the extra stress off of you." Avi grabbed her hand.
"I know that too. But I guess...I don't know. I just lost myself on my own warpath."
Avi kissed her lips and smiled. "You know, your face in that picture always gets me." He pointed to the picture we took at Disneyland. We were both with Mickey and Minnie, pulling some incredibly funny faces.
I don't know why I hadn't swapped out that picture. I mean, I love the picture, I just envy that Kirstie. The Kirstie in that picture always smiled and laughed and didn't have anxiety attacks so badly that she made herself physically ill. Kirstie thought, but instead she just nodded.
"I'll let you get some sleep now, okay?" Avi asked, slowly letting go of her hand.
"Love you."
"I love you more." Avi turned off the light. "Get some rest now, Babe."
~~~~~
Kirstie woke up a little less than an hour later to the feeling of her migraine returning. She buried her head into her pillow and groaned. This migraine wouldn't leave her alone.
"What's wrong, Kirst?" A different pitched voice from Avi's filled her room.
"Mitch?" She half sat up until she realized it only hurt her head more. Kirstie sighed and laid back down.
"Yep." Mitch sat at the foot of her bed. "Avi went to go get some food and stuff, so I'm gonna stay here until he comes back."
"Thanks."
"Of course."
~~~~~
"You're okay." Mitch whispered and rubbed his hand up and down her back. She hadn't gotten sick again, but she sure felt like she was going to. She had most definitely stressed herself ill.
Kirstie carefully stood up from her kneeling place on the bathroom tile. It didn't last long, seeing that she got super dizzy and almost fell back down.
"Woah, there!" Avi came back just in time, as both himself and Mitch caught Kirstie before she hit the tile. Avi mumbled something Kirstie couldn't make out to Mitch, but all she could make out was Avi saying, "Let's get you back to bed. I'll bring you a glass of Sprite, okay?"
"Okay. I love you."
"Love you too."
Once Avi had given the glass to his girl, she fell back asleep fairly quickly, and Avi got both himself and Mitch a glass of water.
"So," Mitch spoke up. "She didn't get sick again while you were out, but she was coughing really badly and said she had a major headache."
Avi nodded. "Thanks for this, by the way."
"Of course, of course." Mitch said. "I'm just kind of mad because I told her to take a break, and I told her to sleep and eat, but she wouldn't." Mitch sighed.
"I know. She won't listen to me either." Avi dryly laughed.
"And she cried. Before you came back. For a while." Mitch added quietly, filling the silence. Avi looked up at Mitch with genuine concern. "She said she was really stressed, and I told her to lay back down and breathe before she makes herself sick again, and she just kept crying. She's too deep in her work, Avi. She's run herself into the ground."
"You think I don't know that?!" Avi snapped before realizing what he just said. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm just worried about her. And..."
"Me too." Mitch sighed before checking the time on the clock on the wall. "Alright, look. It's late, it's been a day, I have SuperFruit filming with Scott in fifteen, so why don't you go get some sleep yourself?"
Avi nodded. "Thanks, Mitch. Goodnight."
"Take care."
Avi smiled to himself and crossed over to where Kirstie was. "Love you." He whispered and kissed her forehead.
He decided to leave her be and crash for himself on the couch. Avi was half asleep when Kirstie's voice woke him completely up. "Avi?"
He dashed up and went to their bedroom. "You okay?"
"Just wanted to say that I love you."
"I love you too, Princess."

A/N: Literally my therapy session for the night. I'm heading to an all nighter for homework, so this was a good distraction. Once again, I love y'all! All the kisses! And friendly reminder to not be like both Kirstie in this oneshot (and myself at the moment) and stress yourselves sick. Don't. Take breaks, sleep, eat, I love you! ❤😘
