25th October 2017

It's almost here, the day of the party. I shouldn't be more excited than my sister but I can't help it, like to be completely honest it's going to be my first real party ever. In my entire life I've never been to an actual party.

We went to my uncles house since that's the place where it's going to happen. It was a gigantic villa with a pool and everything, we were arranging all the furniture so that it wouldn't get in the way and besides, he didn't want any brat to spoil it for him.

My uncle is the type of guy that doesn't like strangers to walk around his house and go through his personal belongings, I'm pretty sure it's because he has shit ton of money and doesn't know what he has himself. It was a lot of carrying but we had 2 of our really close friends helping us settle it. James and Kevin, we knew them since like years now and they were always there to help us out if we needed anything. We were technically done, the final decorations were to be done on the day of the party itself, so we went outside and chilled there for the rest of the afternoon.

I got kind of upset once I got to know that my sisters best friend wasn't going to attend the party since she had to fly over to Poland to do some of her family business. However, they tried to make me feel better by saying that cute guys will be there and maybe I will finally get over my stupid ex-boyfriend.

It's not that I still had feelings for him because I didn't. 2 years of dating that douchebag just made me realise how much of an ass he really was so I dumped him over a text. I know! Totally brutal but I didn't give a fuck. Right now, I had one guy on my mind and for gods sake he HAD to come to the party. I've never spoke to him in person so I literally don't know what he actually sounds like. Not really, 'cause he did send me a lot of voice messages and trust me! His voice is like butter, not literally but yeah it sounds nice.

My eyes slowly opened to the sound of vacuum cleaner near my room. You know that one thing that pisses you off the most? Yeah, in my case it's a vacuum cleaner in a morning when I try to sleep. If you come to my room with that machine by your side. The police won't be your biggest worry in fact, they might be your only hope in that situation 'cause I ain't responsible for my actions in the morning if I get woken up by something noisy so whatever you do. You have been warned.

I rolled over to the other side and growled in annoyance. My bedroom door opened and my sister stepped in with that monstrosity. I was about to jump her until she turned it off and stood in the middle of my room just staring at me. I think she waited for a miracle to happen but it didn't so she commanded, " Get out of bed you lazy ass!" "NO!" I snarled, she crossed her arms and sighed. " Why do you fight me like this every single morning?" She asked, " BECAUSE YOU NEVER LEARN!" I yelled from under my sheets. I heard another loud sigh before my sheets were heartlessly snatched off of my body and now I was completely exposed to the coldness and brightness of my room. I hissed in agony pretending I'm a vampire so that she will leave me alone but yeah, that didn't happen. She began getting mad at me and then she used the trump card. " If you don't get up now, I will tell mom that your feeling sick and can't make it for my party and then some chick is going to get your guy."

I gave it a 3 second thought and I sprung out of bed as if I got burnt with hot water. I had to start getting ready or else I would have to stay home and that would be shit 'cause I'm more excited about the party than my sister and it's her party not mine.

We drove to the house and to our surprise most of the furniture was already moved, I felt a flow of relief run down my body since I really wasn't looking forward to carrying all of these heavy "artefacts". I swear to god, his house was like a fucking museum. All these paintings and other treasures that he didn't even know about just randomly lying around the house.

Kevin and James arrived rather quickly and helped out hanging the streamers and balloons while sipping on the cooled beer. My uncle and I went to the party store to get more supplies like glow sticks and more balloons since he wanted the party to be the best thing that we ever witnessed and guess what? It actually was.

After we finished hanging the decorations; the guests began arriving. Isaiah was supposed to come but of course he had to get into some shit and he ended up going to the hospital for a week. I didn't have my 'wingman' to help me when I needed him the most.

Throughout the entire party I was technically walking from one room to the other just grabbing drinks and dancing with guests that I didn't even know. Everything was going smoothly until I get a call from my sister. "Lou! Call Jay and tell him that he needs to tell the bouncer that his friends name is Chris not Adam or he wont let them in." I panicked, first of all! I never spoke to Jay in person so I had no idea what to even say. Second of all! I really wanted him to come so I didn't give it a second thought and I grabbed my phone to dial his number. He probably had a hard time understanding me since I was talking so fast that I could barely understand myself. I KNOW I'M SORRY! I WAS NERVOUS AS FUCK! But to my surprise he did understand, fucking plus points for effort Jay.

30 minutes passed until both of them entered the house. The guy who was called Adam didn't look anything like I imagined him to look. He was way shorter than Jay, probably because Jay is like a fucking giraffe, he was kind of chubby and he wore glasses. One particular thing that caught my attention the most was the necklace that he wore. It was a metal skull, the exact same as the one that my ex-boyfriend used to wear.

They stepped into the house and for an unknown reason I felt the air around me get warmer, I felt hot and found it difficult to breath. I walked up to them and knew that it was going to be one hell of a night.
