"So, the next song we're gonna play is rather old. It's from the first album, and it's called J-"
"BABAAAAAAAAAA!"
Tyler turned to see his two year old daughter toddling onto the stage with a wide grin. He giggled and ran towards her, swooping her up and spinning her around.
"Hi, princess!"
"Ha baba," Ruby smiled, meaning to say hi.
The audience aw-ed.
"Where baba?" She asked, wanting to know where her other daddy was.
"Over there," Tyler giggled, pointing to Josh who was on the drums grinning and waving to his daughter.
"Hi, RuRu!"
"BABAAAAAAAAAA!" She screamed, wriggling out of Tyler's arms to go see Josh.
Tyler chuckled and grabbed the mic. "So, for those of you who don't know, this is Joshua and I's daughter, Ruby. Say hi, RuRu!"
Ruby smiled and waved frantically to the large crowd as she sat in Josh's lap, everyone absolutely adoring her.
Josh grinned and stood up, carrying Ruby over to where Tyler was standing and kissing his temple, Ruby making grabby-hands at Tyler so he would give her a kissie.
Tyler smiled and kissed her cheek followed by Josh's forehead.
"I can easily say I have the most amazing husband and the most amazing daughter," Tyler said into the microphone.
Josh blushed and took the mic. "Actually, he is arguably the best husband ever. Just last night he walked literally three miles back to the restaurant we had dinner at to get my phone after I left it. Not to mention, he's pretty cute, too."
Tyler was now blushing, his face buried in Josh's neck.
Ruby then took it upon herself to grab the mic out of Josh's hand and show off her new speaking skills. "I love ooo!"
"Awwwwwww," Tyler giggled. "Everyone loves you too, RuRu."
Ruby smiled shyly and hugged Tyler's neck tightly.
"You wanna stay for the next song, RuRu?" Tyler asked.
Ruby quickly nodded.
"Do ya wanna help JishJish play the drums or TyTy sing?"
"BOF!" Ruby yelled, meaning to say she wanted both.
Tyler and Josh chuckled and nodded, Josh carrying Ruby back to the drum set and sitting down, placing her on his lap and putting the drumsticks in her hands, putting his hands around hers so he was directing her.
Tyler smiled and began to sing, Josh having to play the drums much lighter than he normally would since he didn't want to hurt Ruby's little arms.
About halfway through, Ruby slid off Josh's lap and toddled up to Tyler, tugging on his hand. Tyler smiled as he continued to sing, sitting down so she could sit in his lap.
She snuggled up against him, closing her eyes, which made Tyler giggle. She had the ability to fall asleep anywhere.
And, sure enough, she fell asleep as Tyler sang softly into the microphone, everyone holding their applause so they wouldn't wake Ruby.
Josh smiled and got up, walking over to Tyler and kissing the top of his head before carefully picking ruby up and carrying her off stage to Aunt Jenna so she could put her to bed.
"I love my family," Tyler said with a soft smile into the microphone. "I cannot imagine life without them."
