Day 48

                        XYION POV

Kakauwi lang namin galing sa school. I immediately went uptairs and change my clothes. Si Ryianella na man ay nasa sala nilalaro yung alaga niyang pusa.

"Magbihis ka na don" sabi ko at nilagpasan siya dahil pumunta ako sa kusina at uminom ng tubig. I also asked the maid to prepare some snacks for her.

"Xyion!" She shouted. Calling out my name. I place the glass on the sink at pinuntahan siya. Karga niya ang alaga niya.

"Bakit?" I asked, looking at her seriously

"Hindi talaga tayo pupunta sa Fair Day sa sasusunod na linggo?" She asked and pouted.

"No" simpleng sabi ko at naglakad nalang sila paakyat sa taas ng nakayuko.

Tss.

I sat on the couch while sipping my juice when my phone rang. I look at the caller ID and it's Vince.

"Yes?" I said as I answer his call

"Meet me tomorrow in my condo, I have something to tell you, bro"

"Then spill it here!" I said annoyingly. Kainis ah! Sabihin nalang kaya ng mokong na to.
Ano na naman kaya ang problema.?

"May ipaparinig nga ako sayo! Ang kulit. Punta ka  dito bukas." sabi niya but its more like commanding me. That jerk! How dare he! But there something in me that I need to go. Vince will not literary command me to come at his CONDO. If it wasn't that important after all. Ano naman ang iparirinig niya sa akin.?

"I'm expecting you bro" Before I can respond to him he immediately ended the call.

I was about to stand up when my phone ring again.

"Vince!"

"Nandiyan ba si Ryianella?"

"Yes! She's here eating her snack!" I answered

"Oh damn! Wala ba siyang kasama diyan kung aalis ka bukas?"

"You're getting in my nerve, Vince. Can you just tell me! What is it!?"

"Make sure na may makakasama si Ryianella diyan pag-pupunta ka dito bukas ng hapon. This is important so you better hear it."

Because of what he said ay na-curious ako. Bakit ba kasi di niya na lang sabihin? Kailangan may kasama si Ryianella kapag aalis ako papunta sa kaniya. Isasama na lang kaya si Ryianella? But I know that it's really important. Bigla akong kinabahan na hindi ko malaman ang dahilan. Para bang may mangyayari na masama. I just shook my head from left to right to stop this nonsense deep thoughts of mine.

"Xyion? Hindi ba sila pupunta rito?" Tanong niya and I just stared her. We're both looking into each other's eyes.

That smile! That smile who doesn't failed to beat my heart like this. It always go crazy everyday I'm with her, and if she'll leave maybe this heart will be stop beating also. I know its cheesy but that's what Ryianella do to me.

"Hindi" simply said and looked away.

"Ang laki ng mansyon mo. Tayo lang at ang katulong. Nakakabagot tuloy." Sabi niya habang nakanguso.

Stop pouting! You tempted me to kiss you! Tss

"Anong gusto mong gawin natin?" I asked

"Hindi ko rin alam." Sabi niya

"Ayaw mo ba ako masolo?" Seryosong tanong ko sa kaniya dahilan para mapatingin siya sa akin.

"Nakakasawa na mukha mo. Hehe"

Ang honest niya.

"Tss. Eh di don ka sa kanila" inis kong sabi.

"Galit ka agad. Haha." Tawang sabi niya at sinamaan ko lang siya ng tingin.

"May sasabihin pala ako sayo" biglang seryoso niyang sabi

"What?"

"Mahal mo ba ako?" She asked that made me shocked a little bit. And when I'm back to myself, I gulped before I answer her.

"Sinabi ko na sayo yun, diba?"

"Hindi ko alam kung ano tong nararamdaman ko, Xyion. Lahat ng to, bago sa akin. Lahat-lahat. Hindi ko maintindihan ang sarili ko, lalo na tong puso ko. Sa mga araw na kasama kita, bilang isang tao hindi ko nalang namalayan na nagbabago na ako ng tuluyan. Ayos naman siguro na maging guardian anghel ako ulit at bumalik sa langit, para bantayan ka ngunit hindi mo ako makikita, makakausap at mahahawakan."

What is she talking about? Did she just confessed me? Alam ko na may nararamdaman na siya sa akin, but still she'll leave me and I will not expect that she will stay like this, that we will stay like this forever. She's an angel and I'm just a human, being guarded by her, protected by her and guided by her. All my life I was alone, and I didn't think that she's exist in my life but she does. And now, I will not let myself think that I was alone because even though I will not see her, feel her, touch her and even talk to her. I know she's always beside me. My guardian angel. Siguro hanggang don lang yun and I need to accept that. I have to.

"Kung aalis ka. Its fine. Naiintindihan ko. I have to accept na hindi tayo magiging ganito palagi. At isa pa, hindi mo to mundo. Kailan ka ba aalis? Para maihanda ko naman ang sarili ko" seryosong sabi ko and she just smile.

That goddamn smile of her. Her smile that makes my world, my life so beautiful, meaningful and worthy.

"Per--" putol niyang sabi dahil nagsalita ako.

"Naiintindihan ko na babalik ka na. I'm ready, really"  I was?

"Hindi mo naman ako pinatapos magsalita eh" nakanguso niyang sabi sabay kamot ng batok niya.

"Naisipan ko na huwag umalis. Na maging tao na lang ako, kasama ka"

Yun naman pal--WHAT?! Tama ba narinig ko?

"Tama ba ang narinig ko, Ryianella?" Tanong ko and I'm still shocked. I can't believe this!

*tango*

"Pinili ko maging tao kasama ka dahil yan ang sinasabi ng puso ko" pagkasabi niya non ay agad ko siyang niyakap ng mahigpit at hinalikan ang tuktok ng ulo niya.

"Salamat, Ryianella. You don't know how happy I am. Salamat dahil pinili mo na makasama ako at maging tao." Nakangiting sabi ko at kumalas sa pagkakayakap.

"Tao at guardian mo ako. Doble na ang tungkulin ko sayo ngunit pareho ang pakay, ang mahalin, alagaan, bantayan, protektahan at gabayan ka" nakangiting sabi niya at hinila ko siya sabay yakap sa kaniya ulit ng mahigpit. I can't help myself. I'm damn happy. I hope this isn't a dream.

"You've done a lot for me. This time, ako naman Ryianella. Handa akong ialay ang buhay ko para protektahan ka. Mamahalin kita ng buong puso at higit pa sa buhay ko..."

"I want you to know and always remember that I love you more than anything in this world" I said and gently pressed my lips into her lips. She's just open her eyes and shocked written all over her face. I just laugh at her and pouted at me.

"Anong ginawa mo sa labi ko?!" Nakakunot noo niyang tanong sabay hawak sa labi niya.

"Ang bilis ng tibok ng puso ko. Para akong tinutunaw at yung pisngi ko parang uminit." Sabi niya sa akin at natawa lang ako sa sinasabi niya.

"Hahaha. I love you so much" sabi ko at niyakap ulit siya.
