Yoongi

"Don't fucking look at me like that!" Namjoon hisses from across the room. Jackson, Mark, Namjoon, and myself are all congregated in one of my small guest rooms to talk about the dire situation. "I can't believe you actually fucking mated him." He mutters.
I glare. "What was I supposed to do? Let him suffer and die in a horrible way because of my actions? I'm the one that fucked him and I'm the one that chose to mate him. It's not his fault and I refuse to watch him continue suffering when he had no choice!"
"Why are you such a pussy! You're supposed to be a vampire!" He yells angrily.
I scoff. "And you? What's the deal with Hoseok? Yours is pregnant, too! You're just going to let him die like that?" I demand, beyond pissed.
He scowls but doesn't reply.
"You know you better fucking watch it. You're beginning to look like Taehyung." I accuse.
He growls. "Fuck off before I rip your fucking throat out!"
"Okay, okay! We all need to calm down and think rationally."
Namjoon laughs. "Rationally? How's this for rational—do you know that a council member is coming to dinner tonight to inspect our hybrids? Apparently some of our staff have reported us for being too 'kind' to them! What the fuck do you think will happen when they learn of these pregnancies, huh?"
Jackson and Mark both stiffen while I tense up. "What? Why the hell are you just now mentioning this!" I yell.
He groans. "Why the fuck do you think I actually came here, you imbecile!"
I throw my arms up in exasperation. "Oh, I don't fucking know—how about the pregnant hybrid you brought with you!" I laugh bitterly. "You're the fucking closest thing to the equivalent of a Prince in our world! The fucking mafia leader of all vampires! Why can't you do something about this? I thought you were a fucking genius, Namjoon."
He glares at me, his eyes shifting constantly as he works to control his rage.
Jackson moves closer to Mark and pulls him into his arms. "Guys please. You're scaring my mate. We will do what we can to defend and help you but we have to calm down. I'm about to deliver the first hybrid-vampire baby in existence and another one in a few days. I need to focus and remain calm to do my job correctly. Stop acting so fucking childish and think of something for now." He demands.
Both Namjoon and I deflate and sigh. "Okay, okay, I'm sorry. Jackson's right. I really care about my hybrids, Namjoon, and I know for fucking fact you care about yours or you would have gotten rid of him by now. You've never been hesitant to kill before. I know you."
He slumps into a seat and drops his head in his hands. "Fuck!"
I look at the doctors. "None of this will get to Taehyung. I don't fucking trust him." I demand.
They nod.
I look back at my friend. "I don't think a staff member called the council."
He looks at me. "You think Taehyung did?"
"You and I both know he has held a grudge for a long time on not getting the leadership position. He hides it well but we aren't stupid. You know everything that goes on in the compound."
He growls. "That little prick is trying to kill us all."
"I think we need to consider all of our actions right now. Jackson and Mark will stay here. Because of the location being in the human world—the council won't come here. Hoseok isn't showing so much yet so you need to make sure not to cause any suspicion and treat him like a pet just like you did before. Once they watch your interactions closely they will have no reason to think anything unlawful is going on. Once Hoseok is larger you can bring him here to stay until he delivers." I etch out a plan.
He narrows his eyes, thinking it through. "You're right."
"You're going to have to mate him, Namjoon." I say quietly.
His head snaps up. "No."
Sighing, I glance at the doctors who nod. "You have no choice unless you want him to die and in that case you're better off putting him out of his misery now. Even you shouldn't be that cruel to make him suffer any longer."
He gets up to pace. "I won't be able to hide that from the council, Yoongi! I can hide him and the pregnancy and the baby but not a mating. They will know. Once I do not choose another mate and nothing happens to me—they will know."
I sigh. "Then we'll think of something before then but his only chance of maybe surviving the birth is a mating. Jungkook is already so much better from it." I explain.
He swallows hard as his phone chimes. He picks it up and groans. "We have to go soon. Taehyung said the council member will be there in an hour or two."
I nod. "Do not let Taehyung suspect anything. You have to be cruel to Hoseok. Just like Taehyung is to his own." I remind him.
"I actually feel sorry for that feline and I pity no one." He shakes his head, glancing at the doctors. "Call me when Jungkook has the baby. I want to know what to expect."
Jackson nods. "Of course, boss."
He looks at me one more time before walking out and calling his hybrid's name. We find him and Jimin in the kitchen eating. I smile at my little kitten and he purrs as I massage his ears, his tail rubbing against my leg. His large belly boldly sticking out through one of my black shirts.
      Wearing only one of my black shirts. It covers to mid thigh on him but as he moves, I can see glances of his naked upper thighs. I lick my lips. Not the time, definitely not the fucking time. That type of thinking is exactly what got us in this mess in the first place—then again...I can't get him pregnant again right now...
      The front door closes and I realize Jimin and I are alone. Jackson and Mark having left to check on Jungkook who's most likely sleeping by now.
     My hand slips from his ears to his hip, caressing absentmindedly. He sighs softly, spinning around on the bar stool type chair, his legs spreading around my hips as he snuggles in my arms. "I'm scared." He whispers.
      "I know, kitten. Everything will be okay."
      He frowns but nods a little. I know he doesn't believe me and honestly? I don't believe myself.
