I jump out of Jace's car and run up to my room. All my siblings were out–I'm sure Zayn must be looking for new suitcases with Kaitlyn cause that's what I was told–and my parents went last minute shopping for the Bahamas since their anniversary is tomorrow and they leave tonight.
I open my closet and start rummaging through it for clothes that I thought I'd need for the next four days. Even though we all know I'm gonna manage to sneak Jace's clothes in that schedule and the good thing is, his parents don't come back for another two days.
Jace enters my room as well, just as I came in contact with his shirt. "Hey, here's your shirt," I throw it at him.
He laughs as he caught it in one swift move. "How long have you had this?"
I shrug, turning to him with a pile of clothes in my hands. "I don't know. Probably from that time that you came to my house after Drew had beat you up. But I don't need it cause your cologne has faded off of it."
I place everything on my bed before straddling him. I just sit there and hug him like a koala, inhaling his scent. "Aw, baby," he chuckles.
"Shut up," I roll my eyes and sit straight. Taking both of his cheeks in my hands and kissing him. And boy did that deepen quick. Jace and I don't kiss much so when we do...it's deep.
My hands uncontrollably find their way up his shirt, his warm chest on my finger tips. His were obviously up and down my waist as always.
In one swift move, I was under him. Yet our lips didn't disconnect for not even a second. I feel his hands on the waistband of the sweats and quickly push him off. "Nope."
He laughs, standing straight and putting his hands up in surrender. "Okay, then."
I push my hair out my face before folding the clothes and packing them in a duffle bag which Jace carried with him out of the room. "I'm gonna jump in the shower!"
"I'll be in the car!" He yells back.
I take off his hoodie and sweats, leaving me in my bra and underwear before walking into the bathroom and jumping in the shower.
I dry myself and place on a new bra and underwear before walking back out of my room and digging through my closet. I pull out this long sleeved black crop top and highwaisted ripped jeans and dress up before wearing my black Fenty creepers.
It's been awhile.
I made sure that my window was locked and the curtains were completely closed before heading for the door.
As I was walking toward it, something came over me, causing me to look straight over at my desk. I rush to it with wide eyes.
My Notebook.
That's what was missing!
I run out of the house and lock the door before getting back into Jace's car. "My Notebook."
Jace looks at me briefly as he started the car. "What Notebook?"
"Okay, so before my grandma passed away, she left a Notebook for my Mom's youngest daughter. Me. I always leave it on my desk but it's not there. And my family knows very well not to touch it. So, who could've?" I question.
Jace rubs my back, turning the corner. "We'll find it, baby. I promise."
He doesn't understand how serious this really is.

I plop on to Jace's bed since he had gone out to get food. I pull out my phone and try to text Mia.Mikayla: Hey
