Chapter 75 - Saviour!

 “Florence, I don’t ever want to lose you because if I did. I’d never get over it.”

“Daniel please don’t think about losing me, or if I get taken away do not worry because I will see you again…I will never stop loving you and I sound so soppy now I might actually cry.” Florence smiled with tears in her eyes.

“I’m sorry.” Dan said.

“Why?”

“For accusing you of loving him, I should trust you…” Gun shots fired. Florence ran towards the living room, Dan pulling her back trying to protect her. He grabbed her and they dodged behind a wall.

Dan looked round, Gwen was loading her gun, and Nick looked injured but proceeded to shoot.

“WHAT’S GOING ON?!” Florence screeched.

“Your idiot brother is on their side, your mum called him.” Gwen shouted over.

“She’s definitely trying to get us killed!” Nick managed to groan.

“Nick are you alright?” Florence enquired.

“I got one in the shoulder I’m fine, just a flesh wound.” He answered, you could hear the agony he felt in his voice but he was used to this, he had many scars from where he’d been shot.

“RILEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING?”

“THEY KILLED HIM.” He hollered.

“I know he’s your father, but think of all the times he has beaten you…”

“I never hated him; I was doing their dirty work. This was my mission, to tell them all your stupid plans. I saw how happy you all were when you came in you’re all murderers.” Riley fired at Gwen.

Florence walked out, Dan tried to pull her back but she pushed him away.

“Riley, stop this now, you can’t be bad. You’re nothing like him. Please don’t turn into that man; you’re only angry so stop this please.” She stood in front of him.

A bullet clicked into place. Florence looked behind Riley and dropped to the floor.

Dan whacked Riley over the head with a heavy vase. Riley fell and so did the gun.

“Daniel, you could have been a bit quicker.” Florence laughed and took deep breaths to calm herself down.
