THIRTY-SIX

Hana screamed in pain as Hoseok slammed her into the ground once again. Tears blurred her vision and fear threatened to stop her heart from beating. The pain that was tearing though her body was indescribable but she didn't want to run away. She wanted to be the one to help Hoseok as he yelled for help.

"Hoseok!" She cried "Stop this!"

Hoseok just growled and threw her across the room. Hana grunted and crashed to the floor, her body protesting against her. She opened an eye to see Buttons attacking Hoseok, but he was swatted away like a fly. The yelp of pain that hit Hana's ears made her cry even more. Buttons was only trying to help her and Hoseok hurt the gift he gave to her.

Hana forced herself onto her knees, ignoring the burning pain shooting through her body. If her bones were broken, it wasn't going to stop her. Her body screamed out in agony and a scream forced its way from her bleeding mouth.

Hoseok made his way over to her slowly but stopped when Jimin crashed into him.

"Miss Hana!" Jimin shouted "Get out of here!"

Hana's knees have way as she tried to stand up and she cried out in pain. She looked up to see Hoseok fighting Jimin and not holding back. Hoseok's claws slashed at Jimin but he refused to go down. In the background, Bee was still fighting Jungkook and Namjoon.

Hana spat blood from her mouth and used the wall to get to her feet. She was sure that her body wouldn't be able to support her for much longer but she wasn't going to give up. Hoseok needed help and she had to help him.

"H-Hoseok" She choked out and stumbled a few more steps before falling to the floor once again "I...you have to stop this!"

"He won't listen" Jin said beside her making her jump. He looked down at her and grinned "I want you to watch as your precious Hoseok tears his best friend limb from limb. I want you to see them both die and I want you to see what monster he truly is"

"He isn't a monster" Hana pushed herself to her feet and stepped forward, her body aching "You are the monster"

"Do you want to know why Hoseok killed our parents?" Jin laughed and grabbed hold of Hana's throat squeezing it tightly "Because I was the one to awaken the beast inside him"

Hana slapped at Jin's hand, trying to breathe but Jin only tightened his grip. Black dots danced in front of her eyes but Jin carried on laughing, lifting her broken body from the floor.

"He saw me attacking our pathetic, weak parents and he only wanted to protect them" Jin cackled "He was such a young stupid devil and when he saw me go to stab his precious mummy, he let his inner monster out. He killed them by accident because he was trying to get at me. They were so stupid to try and protect me. Even after I told them I wanted their heads on spikes!"

Jin dropped Hana to the floor when her breathing stopped and he kicked her in the ribs, making her sick in air. She coughed and looked up at Jin who was still laughing. She watched as his horns grew and he stared at her.

"Are you ready to say goodbye to him Hana?" Jin hissed "Because once he is dead, I can finally become the rightful king!"

Hana screamed out as Jin rushed forward and she stretched her hand out grabbing hold of his ankle. He snarled and turned to look at her.

"I was planning on keeping you alive but I've changed my mind"

Jin lifted his foot and stomped on her hand, crunching the bones under her feet. An animalistic sound tore through her body catching the attention of all demons in the room. She cradled her hand to her chest, tears streaming from her eyes and she looked up at Jin, who was smiling darkly at her.

"It's such a shame" He laughed "You would have made a great pet"

"F-fuck you!" Hana managed to say and a shadow covered her shivering body "H-Hoseok"

Jin looked up at his younger brother "Did that piss you off? Well, then I better not do it again"

Hoseok growled and Jin kicked Hana in the face making Hoseok snarl. He reached for Jin but he was ready this time. Jin struck Hoseok across the face with a dagger he had hidden making his brother scream in pain.

"Miss Hana!" Jimin said lifting her into his lap "Are you still breathing Miss Hana?"

Hana groaned in pain and Jimin quickly wiped the blood from her face "Hoseok?"

"He will be fine. I'm going to get you out of here. It's too dangerous for you to be here any longer" Jimin said getting to his feet, holding her in his arms "I will take you back to the castle and I will come back for-"

"No" Hana said "I have to help him. He's calling for me. He needs my help"

"Miss Hana, what are you talking about?"

"Hoseok. Can you not hear him calling for help?"

Jimin closed his eyes "I can hear him but you will only get yourself killed. And when he comes back, he won't be able to live with himself"

"How did you stop him before?"

"What do you mean?"

"When he killed his parents, how did you stop him before?"

"Who told you that? Even if he did, it-"

"He didn't do it on purpose! I know that" Hana cried out "Jimin, I have to help him. Please let me do this"

"I'm sorry" Jimin whispered "But you've left me no choice"

"If you hurt me Hoseok will come for you" Hana said "I'm not stupid. As much as this monster has taken over, he still can't see never hurt"

Jimin sighed "He will kill you. Even if he doesn't mean it"

"Then I will die trying to get him back" Hana said, fighting back her tears "Jimin please. I love him"
