Rather than use a clue, maybe I should talk about puzzles, especially the crossword puzzle. Those were and still are the best part of a newspaper.
I am no expert in filling out a crossword puzzle but it is a very enjoyable pursuit, something mentally stimulating and satisfying as thw words snuggly fit into each other, a challenging way to pass time. And knowledgeable too or rather you learn.
