"Write about someone you admire and you thought to have had a beautiful mind"

Somehow, this prompt has me in a quandary - I am a little confused as to what a 'beautiful mind' means.

Think about it, what do you think when you hear the term 'beautiful mind?' A mind that is creative, causing the possessor to produce a plethora of crafts.. Or a mind that is intelligent and the person turns out to be a brilliant scientist. Or a mind that is so imaginative that it brings forth a fountain of art, manifesting in the form of stories, paintings, or drama. Or a mind that is so tuned to sound that it causes waves in music and song and dance.

So here it is again, 'What is a beautiful mind?'

And how does it cause you to admire the person who possess it? A beautiful mind is a persona, one with whom you might never have any personal interaction, so your admiration is more for the what the mind personifies rather than the person who has one. You admire their books, their art, their talent, their creations.

This is not to say that the persons whom you know are not admirable, your family, friends, kith and kin. But then your admiration for them is more on the words they say, the things they do and the emotions they share with you; it arises from the heart. And though the heart encompasses art, your admiration is not because they have a beautiful mind, it is a connection of emotions.

Admiration of a beautiful mind, is an appreciation for the art it produces, for the inventions it create, for the discoveries it makes. The person is often lost in the shine and glimmer of the gifted mind.
