By the soft gentle beams of the Moon,
Grant me this small little boon.
Happiness of a family, friendship's joy,
Reasons to laugh and seasons to enjoy.
One love to find, to treasure and to keep,
An understanding heart, to rest in weary sleep.
Patience, for my sorrows, to bear
Good fortune, to know and share.
It is nothing much, that I ask,
Grant me wish, in your light I bask.
