You wake her up because you don't feel good

For the past couple days you've been feeling off. You weren't really sure what was wrong or why you were feeling that way, but as you laid in bed next to Selena covered in sweat and absolutely freezing at the same time you knew what it was. Honestly you weren't feeling super ill but your head was pounding and you felt under the weather. Selena was sleeping soundly next to you under a cocoon of blankets that you'd kicked off your body due to sweating so much. You were feeling worse as time went on and you came to the conclusion that you had to wake up Selena.

"Selena? Sel? Baby?" You shook her body as a groan slipped past her lips making you immediately regret waking her. You knew she had a lot to do and a lot of people depended on her and you instantly laid back down on the bed, trying to close your eyes and go back to sleep even though you felt even worse than before. But it was too late. Selena was already awake, rolling over to see what was wrong. "Y/N? Babe are you okay?" "No. Selena I don't feel good." "Don't feel good how baby?" She leaned closer to you and rubbed her hand across your stomach. "My head hurts. I'm freezing but I'm sweating a lot and my tummy is starting to hurt." She sighed sympathetically before putting a hand on your forehead, letting it rest there for a couple seconds before pulling it away. "You've got a fever love-bug. Stay here, I'm gonna go get a cold cloth for your forehead." She kissed your warm forehead before going into the bathroom to retrieve the cold cloth.

Meanwhile you laid in the bed groaning from how ill you were feeling. Your head pounding, your whole body sweating yet you wanted nothing more than to crawl under the blankets, and your stomach was still hurting. Selena walked back into the bedroom and had more than a cold cloth in her hands. She also had a couple pills to help with your headache and a heating pad for your tummy. She sat down next to you again and got everything all situated. "How's that baby girl? Better?" She ran her fingers through your hair and pressed a kiss to your soft cheek. You nodded your head finally beginning to feel a little better, the headache starting to fade away just a little. Selena carefully pulled a light blanket over your body and you were both relieved to see the urge to kick it back off had disappeared. Your tummy was still sore but your eyes were beginning to close against your will, the feeling of the heat on your sensitive stomach making you feel a little better and the feeling of Selena's fingers going through your hair making you relax more.

"It's alright baby girl. Close your eyes. I'm right here if you need me." Pressing a soft kiss against your lips before kissing your cheek a couple times, her attention on you and only you. She no longer cared about sleeping at that moment, she wanted to make sure you were feeling alright and see you fall asleep first. You eventually slipped into dreamland, Selena still focused on you for a while before she ended up falling asleep with her head on your shoulder.
