You and Selena were having a movie night, something you did at least once every week together. You had your head on her lap with your body stretched out on the couch, her hands were on your hip and stomach and kept rubbing the soft skin making you melt into her touch and your eyes close. She looked at you and smiled, the hand that was on your stomach went up to your hair to stroke it softly. "You okay pretty girl?" "You're making me sleepy, Sel." She giggled and kissed your cheek making you smile. "You can go to sleep y/n." "No. It's movie night, I wanna spend time with you." "Honey we can have a movie night tomorrow. You've had a long week. Keep your eyes closed, sleep sunshine." She kissed your cheek once again and you realized then how tired you really were.
You nodded your head in response, feeling so tired you couldn't speak. You knew you couldn't fight it anymore, sleep was taking over you, your body demanding rest. Before you fell into dreamland you heard Selena's soft voice whisper "sweet dreams baby. I'll be here to hold you the whole time. I love you." You whispered an 'I love you too' before falling completely asleep, feeling comfortable and at peace knowing Selena was gonna be there the whole time holding you, making you have only good dreams of your beautiful girlfriend.
