A little kindness can go a long way

You were walking around town hand in hand with Selena, the two of you laughing about some random stuff and exchanging kisses from time to time. You stopped when you saw a man who appeared to be in his 30's, he was homeless and had a hat next to him hoping people would give him some money and your heart broke inside your chest when you saw it was empty. You saw that you were in front of a Starbucks and let go of Selena's hand, telling her you'd be back in just a moment. She nodded her head and kissed you once more before you walked into the Starbucks, a smile on your face as you pulled out your wallet, a hundred dollar bill getting pulled out as you bought some food and drinks for him. You ended up buying him 60 dollars worth of food, drinks, and a couple treats. You smiled and thanked the barista before walking outside. You saw Selena was talking to a couple fans as you walked towards the guy. "Hi sir. I figured you might want something to eat and drink." The guy looked up at you and smiled.

You sat down next to him handing him everything you'd gotten him. He smiled once more before looking back at you "thank you so much." You smiled before pulling your wallet back out and putting 100 dollars in his hat and he looked at you and you saw a few tears welling up in his eyes, your heart melting as he hugged you and thanked you once more. "My pleasure. I hope it helps! Have a great day!" "Yeah you too! Thanks again." You smiled and waved at him before walking back over to Selena and intertwined her hand in yours again. "Y/N.. that was so sweet of you to do that!" "Yeah well he needed help and no one was helping him. I had to help him." She smiled and kissed your lips before pulling away a couple minutes later, her thumb rubbing your knuckles softly. "And yet, here I was thinking I couldn't possibly fall even more in love with you. I stand corrected. I fucking love you and your huge heart."
