She just finished up a radio interview and had gone outside to meet some fans who've been waiting patiently for countless hours for her. She kept checking her phone from time to time just to make sure you haven't texted her. You planned on tagging along with her today but you came down with the stomach flu last night and decided to stay home and rest, promising Selena that if you felt worse or needed anything you'd text her right away.

The fans knew you were planning on coming with her so a few have asked her about you. "She wanted to come here with me so badly but she came down with the stomach flu last night so she stayed home" Selena would explain to them and they'd tell her how they hoped you'd get better soon, except for one particular small group of fans.

"Sick? Yeah right." One girl said making Selena's head turn, her attention now on them and not on the fan she was taking photos with. "Excuse me?" Selena made them jump. they didn't expect for her to hear them, but they didn't stop. "I was just saying that I don't think she's sick. She probably just didn't wanna come. Maybe she just doesn't care." Selena scoffed.

She's always been so kind and so selfless when it comes to meeting the fans. She's so supportive of them and all she ever hoped for it return was that they'd be just as supportive of her. Most fans are, but she's come across her fair share lately who seem to be angry at you, she assumed it was because they're just jealous, and this small group of fans was no exception.

"She is sick and she didn't wanna come and take a chance on getting all of you sick too. It really hurts me that you're here, trying to say that you're a fan of mine when you don't even have the decency to be kind to my girlfriend, who I know has been so kind to every single one of you. Y/n is amazing. She's the best thing that's ever happened to me. I'm not sure where all this jealousy is coming from but you guys should calm down. If you really love me, you'll be respectful of my girlfriend who means everything in the world to me."

She gave them a fake smile before turning back to the fan and taking a couple pictures before going to the next few. She ignored the fans who had been rude to you, not wanting to waste any more time or energy on people who clearly didn't care about her as much as they claimed to. She just got inside her car instead, ready to get home to you and cuddle you nonstop until you feel better.
