After a heated argument, Cyrus goes missing. He doesn't know what to do, or how much he is hurting anyone.

Cyrus had been going through a tough time. At school, his grades were falling, he was extremely depressed and felt isolated from his friends.

He knew that his friends would always be there for him, but he couldn't help but feel like they were ignoring him.

During his lunch break, Cyrus sat alone. Jonah was practising Frisbee, whilst Andi and Buffy had decided to go to the library to study.

He wasn't alone for long though, because TJ had been watching him. For some reason, he was always mean to Cyrus, and today was sadly no different.

TJ: Hey loser!

Cyrus: Go away!

TJ: I see your friends finally abandoned you. I'm amazed it took so long.

Cyrus: Don't you have anything better to do?

TJ: You know what? Yes I do... Why am I wasting my time on you?

Cyrus was about to give a snappy reply, but TJ left and went back to practising basketball. Cyrus sighed, he didn't know what to do, so he figured the best thing would be to get away from everything and clear his mind.

Cyrus: *thinking* If no one cares about me, I'm going to run away.

He picked up his bag and walked out of the main entrance. Cyrus was tired of the bullying and his friends ignoring him.

*Time skip to the end of the day*

Jonah had met Andi and Buffy outside of the school. They were going to walk home together, but it wasn't a pleasant walk.

Jonah: Does anyone know what's going on with Cyrus?

Andi: He's been acting recently.

Buffy: And I haven't seen him this afternoon.

It was Jonah who was able to put the pieces together. He remembered the look on Cyrus' face when he last saw him. It was empty, almost as if all of the happiness had disappeared from his soul.

Jonah: I know where he is.

Andi: You do? Where?

Jonah: He's gone to the abandoned park, where there is a tree but nothing else.

Buffy: Let's go!

Cyrus had indeed gone to the abandoned park. He looked at the ground and couldn't bring himself to do anything else. He enjoyed the silence, it allowed him to calm down. He heard someone shout his name, and he recognised who it was immediately.

Jonah: Cyrus!

Jonah was so quick to run over to him that Cyrus didn't have time to answer. He had been locked in a tight hug with Jonah, not that he was complaining, but he still felt awful.

Cyrus: Jonah, you came to find me.

Andi: We all did.

Buffy: And we're sorry.

Cyrus: No, I'm sorry.

Jonah: You've done nothing wrong Cy-guy. We ignored you and that's not acceptable.

Buffy: We love you Cyrus.

Andi: You are the most amazing person and we took you for granted.

Cyrus: You mean that?

Jonah: Absolutely, please never leave us again, you scared me dude.

Cyrus: I promise.

Jonah: Cool.

They walked back to their houses, and dropped Andi and Buffy off at their front doors. As Jonah walked the rest of the way with Cyrus, he felt that there were some points he had to make.

Jonah: Cyrus, I want you to know that I really care about you.

Cyrus: Are you sure Jonah?

Jonah: Yes, I never had such a good friend.

Cyrus decided it was the right time to talk to Jonah about a really important part of his life. He took a deep breathe and then explained.

Cyrus: JoJo, I have something that I want to tell you.

Jonah: Okay Cy-guy.

Cyrus: The girls already know this, but um... the thing is... I'm, well, I...

Jonah: You can tell me bro, nothing bad will happen.

Cyrus: I'm gay.

As Cyrus prepared himself for the worst, he was taken by surprise as Jonah pulled him in for the most warm and loving hug he'd ever had.

Jonah: I'm really proud of you for telling me, but I have something to say.

Cyrus: What is it?

Jonah: I'm bisexual, and moreover, I'm in love with you Cyrus.

Feeling his confidence soar, Jonah closed the gap and kissed Cyrus lightly. It didn't last very long, but there was so much meaning behind it.

Cyrus: Wow...

Jonah: I want to be with you forever.

Cyrus: Back at you.

Jonah: Do you want to go out with me?

Cyrus: Yes, I'd really like that. It's a dream come true.

As they arrived at Cyrus' house, Jonah wanted to give his now boyfriend a proper goodbye kiss.

Jonah: Just before we part...

He grabbed Cyrus and pushed their lips together once more. It lasted longer this time, and they smiled to one another upon parting.

Cyrus: I love you so much Jonah.

Jonah: I love you too Cyrus.

Cyrus couldn't believe his luck, the worst day of his life had now become the best day, and he had the most wonderful guy in the world. Jonah was not going to let his boyfriend down, and would always ensure that he stood by him.

Cute little oneshot, hopefully you enjoy.
