I grumbled as I wandered around this enormous maze of a city, until I came across a cute little door. Now, what does one normally do when they see a strange, yet adorable little door? Why, one opens it of course. And that is how I found the Oasis.
"Whoa... pretty...." I mumbled as I crossed over a little bridge. I heard a funny little pur noise that sounded sad and looked over to see Momo sitting dejectedly by the water.
"Hey little guy, what's wrong?"
Of course, I already knew what was wrong, but that was all I could think of saying. He looked up at me and tipped his head in confusion before he came up to me and sniffed my outstretched hand.
"Oh, I probably smell like fish, don't I?" I said, pulling a face. "Although, nothing wrong with fish."
I directed that last comment to the two fish circling each other, sat down, and stared at them. "So pretty," I mumbled.
Momo climbed onto my lap, and I scratched his head as he curled up and went to sleep.
