Can't have a story without drama, cause it wouldn't be a good story, correct? This is the first chapter where the drama starts, so enjoy!

Cameron left a few hours later that day. It was nice having her over and talking to her. I could tell something was definitely different from the way she was smiling and talking a lot.

She still hasn't told me the reason about anything, but I wasn't going to rush her into it. I knew she would tell me when the time was right.

Jace came home that night and of course, I told him she was over here. I still haven't told him that we were seeing each other but Cameron said not to let anyone know at this moment.

Plus, we were going to make it official soon.

But when I tell Jace anything, there's always consequences that follow. He wouldn't shut up throughout the whole night and he kept following me around asking me questions after questions.

I couldn't tell him a lot, which he didn't like too much and he just kept bothering me even more. He finally let it all go but he knew something was going on.

After he left for work the next day, I decided to head on over to Cameron's house and see what she wanted to do. She told me to come over today and we can figure something out to do.

Knocking on the door, I waited until I heard the footsteps on the other side of the door and knew it was Brailynn, but when the door opened, Lexie smiled at me as she was standing there.

"Come in, Micah." After I had walked in, she shut the door then I follow her through the hall and into the living room. "Cameron is upstairs getting ready."

"Ready for what?" I ask.

Lexie looks at me. "She didn't tell you where you two were going?" I shook my head as she sighs. "Of course she didn't. That's Cameron for you, but anyways, I guess you'll figure out when you get there."

I roll my eyes as she left me in the living room. I looked around at all the different things that were on the walls. Walking over to them, I looked at them and noticed that Brailynn was a baby in one of them. Cameron was holding her in her arms as she was looking down at her. The photo was in black and white, which made it look amazing.

I looked at another one, that had to be Cameron, Lexie and their mom. They were all dressed up, smiling and looking happy.

Quickly looking away, I spotted another picture among the rest of them. It was Brailynn, who was being held by the arms by someone who was cut out of the picture. Obviously it was a man, but I wonder why it got cut out.

Was it her dad?

Why did he get cut out of the photo?

I understand that him and Cameron are no longer together, but it still makes me wonder.

As I was looking around at all the different pictures, I heard someone walk in and saw Cameron stand there with a smile on her face. I couldn't help but smile also as I stared at her then stepped away from the wall.

"I like your pictures." I said as I glanced over at the wall once more.

She smiles then eyes the wall for a moment before looking back at me. "Thanks. You ready?"

"Yeah, where we going?"

We walk out of the living room before walking into the kitchen where Lexie and Brailynn was at. Brailynn ran to me and hugged me. Hugging her back, I smile down at her.

"What's up?"

She shrugs as we both pull away. "Nothing. Aunt Lexie is suppose to take me somewhere today." I nod as I look over at Cameron as she was talking to Lexie.
