Up in Flames

Luca realized he didn't think his plan out as he should, but he knew he couldn't let Adele get away. He knew she would have ran soon as the door opened screaming bloody murder... as it mattered. Still, he preferred to sedate her, but as he stated before, Erik was never on time. It was a little fucked up. Luca never planned to use force on Adele, but he knew he couldn't allow her to reach the door or run. Therefore, he did what he had to do. "Das ist voll daneben. Was bist du für mich, wenn du nie pünktlich bist, Erik? (This is fucked up. What are you to me if you're never on time, Erik?)." He thought as he laid Adele on her couch and pulled out his phone to see where the hell Erik was.

'Ja?'

'Wo zum Teufel bist du? (Where the hell are you?).'

'Zurück im Haus. Brauchst du mich? (Back at the house. You need me?).'

'Du verdammter Idiot! (You fucking idiot!) Erik instructed you to meet me at the address I texted you! Don't you remember what we talked about earlier?'

'Oh, that. Damn, I thought we were doing that tomorrow night.' If Luca could reach through the phone and punch the man, he would. He plainly told the man to meet him at Adele's house at 6:30. Here it was 8:20, and he was back at the house getting high or whatever he was doing. Sometimes Erik was like keeping track of a small child he wanted to give away.

'I swear you are fucking dumb half of the time, E. Just get your ass to the address I texted you. I need your help before she wakes up and tries to run again. Since you don't know how to follow directions, I had to use force... knocking her out. It wasn't the best decision, but I made it work.'

'Really, Luca? Why would you go there without something to sedate her? You're half thinking this, bruder—'

'WHY DON'T YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP AND GET HERE ASSHOLE! I don't need a damn lecture. I need you to do what you are told. GET HERE NOW!' He yelled, making Erik sigh on the other end. If Luca needed to be lectured, he had his father for that. However, that was the least of his worries. Luca knew he lived a long way from Adele's home. The woman lived in a beautiful countryside home meant for a family; he lived in the city. Although, her home told a lot. It screamed she wanted a big family and someone to love her, and he would do his best to make her dreams come true.

Just looking at Adele told him he had chosen the right woman. A pull was there Luca couldn't explain, but he knew he had to have her, and only her. Cautiously, he looked over the beautiful woman lying before him. A bruise was forming on her forehead, but it wasn't the only thing he noticed. Adele had old scarring on her upper arm and stomach, causing Luca to examine her more. It seemed she had been in an accident as he traced one of her scars with a hum. "How did you get these scars, süßes mädchen? (sweet girl)." He whispered, looking down at his watch.

Luca still had a while before Erik arrived. Therefore, he decided to fix himself a sandwich after realizing he hadn't eaten. His mind was on the beauty lying in the living room, and his hunger finally got to him. Although he would eat her salad if the shit didn't look so fucking disgusting. Luca was all for healthy eating, but whatever Adele had, he wouldn't dare eat or ask someone to fix it, but everyone was different. However once he finished with sandwich, Luca returned to the living room, turning on the television. He was also surprised to see Adele was still out cold, which caused him to worry if she was okay. Normally a person would have awoken by now, but she was sound asleep, which he liked.

"Du bist so eine Schönheit. Ich wieß nict warum, aber ich konnte dich nicht entkommen lassen. (You are such a beauty. I don't know why, but I couldn't let you escape.)." He smiled, caressing her cheek. He was happy with himself but frustrated with how long it took for Erik to get there. Half an hour had passed, and Erik was just showing his ugly face. Luca could have handled this independently, but he preferred not to move Adele, fearing she would wake up.
