The Plan

The past was showing its ugly face again. After everything Axel did to protect his son, it seemed it was all for nothing. Mila was only a child, barely old enough to care for herself. It was the same with Luca and Victor. They were children, and Axel couldn't see himself killing two innocent children. However, Victor was a little rough around the edges and wasn't used to sharing with another, even though he and Mila were raised together. The boy had a bad upbringing, which made things hard.

Axel tried to show the boy compassion, but his jealousy towards Luca couldn't be helped. His mother had damaged him, but Axel knew there was good in him, so he did the next best thing. Axel asked one of his good friends who had no children to care for Victor. They gave him something he couldn't. Now he had to ask himself, was it worth it? Could Victor be the mastermind behind this, or was Mila working alone? He knew Victor had problems and loved competing with Luca, but he never tried to harm him.

"Then what are we going to do about this?" Axel asked as Luca looked at him surprised. He was their , Don; Axel could handle this himself, but what was the use? It would make the others think he didn't trust his son, which would be a lie. Plus, Axel wanted to know his plan of action besides telling him what he thought.

"Absolutely nothing. Whatever they are up to, I want them to believe they still have the upper hand, but they will not win."

"What about Scarlett? We could use her, Luca. She wouldn't have told us anything if she was on their side." Adele spoke as Axel hummed. She was right and wrong, in his opinion. Women like Scarlett always had an agenda, but it didn't mean they couldn't use her to their advantage. "I wouldn't say I like that idea. Sure, Scarlett says she would leave us alone, but that bitch has been a pain in my ass for years..."

"Maybe if you let me kill the bitch like I suggest, you wouldn't have this fucking problem now." Nova smiled as Luca scoffed, making Axel chuckle to himself. "No one asked you, Nova, but I have to trust you. Therefore, I agree, but how will that work? Knowing Scar's main objective is getting me. How would we get her on our side?" Axel wanted to know the same thing. Scarlett had always been straightforward with her wants, which was his son. Now, Adele was in the way, and neither wanted anything bad to happen to Dele. Plus, Axel wouldn't allow it.

"Scarlett is willing to help you do it because she loves you. She said so herself—"

"That bitch loves whoever's dick falls between her legs; don't believe shit that hoe has to say, but Luca can have this kitty any day. You want it, now don't you, big daddy." Everyone in the room sighed. Nova was about to start her bullshit, so Adele quickly started by talking. "I don't trust her, Nova. It's bullshit; we all know it, but the key thing is she thinks she's in love with Luca. It's the key to this whole thing. Scarlett will do anything to keep him safe." She spoke as everyone nodded their heads. Adele was right; Scarlett was the key, and they needed to use it. Hopefully, Luca would see it like his wife and follow her lead. Still, they had to do this right without Mila becoming suspicious of their motives.

"It's settled, then we'll use Scarlett and Dele; make sure you keep an eye on that woman. She wants your husband, so don't let her get too close to you."

"You don't have to worry about that Axel. I said we will use her; I never said I wanted to be her friend." She smiled while Axel nodded, glaring at his son. "Good now, would you mind telling me where her bruises came from, Luca? I thought I warned you, and your stupid ass had the fucking nerve to hit her again!" Axel yelled as Adele jumped. Quickly, she tried to move to her husband's side, but Otis pulled her back to him as Heidi whispered something in her ear. The others waited to see what Axel would do while Luca's eyes met his.

"You don't have to hurt him, Axel— It was my fault if... I would have listened and done as I was told...."

"Do you think that's a fucking excuse, Adele? Luca knows better and knows I taught him better. Then he had the nerve to fucking test me. Luca may be an adult, but knows I will fuck his ass up if and when he steps out of line. I warned him, and he chose to ignore it. If he cannot control his anger, I'll control it for him. You fucking hit your pregnant wife... SHE'S FUCKING PREGNANT, LUCA, AND YOU PUT YOUR DAMN HANDS ON HER! WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?! I will not let this pass!"
