The Reason Why I am me (Pt. 1)

Hours after falling asleep, Luca was awoken by Teddy licking him in the face. It was something hated by him and Adele, but like all puppies, neither cared. Both decided to wake them the same while Adele quickly sat up, pushing Blu to the floor, causing Teddy to run before Luca could take action. Quickly, the two ran to their door, scratching and whining as he groaned, looking at his beautiful wife. "It looks like your babies need to use the bathroom. Hurry and get them the hell out of here before they piss or shit on my floor as they did this morning Adele. I swore I'll kick their ass out the door with the other two."

"YOU WILL NOT! And that was an accident your stupid ass housekeeper didn't want to do her job. If she would have let them out, it wouldn't have happened. That woman hates me or the fact you married me." Adele sighed as she quickly ran to the door. In her mind, his whole staff was out to get her, but if it helped, he would fire them all and hire anyone she approved to make her happy. But the truth to the matter was they were scared of her. Over the past few weeks, Dele had been threatening to kill them over crazy shit. She would go off if something tasted weird or thought they had moved something. It was Luca's fault for not realizing her mood swings and how they suddenly changed.

However, he slowly sat up just in time to see Adele run out the door as the dogs followed, causing him to smile as he sighed. Luca was in pain, but as much as he wanted to refuse the pain pills left on his bedside table by his cousin. He needed them; therefore, Luca quickly grabbed two pills and a water bottle, downing the narcotics before heading to the bathroom as he stopped looking at his reflection. Bandages took over his whole torso, and he looked like hell. Luca couldn't believe he allowed himself to be shot. Not once but twice in his chest, which added more scars to his list. Although he was still alive, he needed to consider himself lucky because he knew he couldn't leave just yet. Adele needed him now more than ever since she was pregnant. His mission was to protect her and their child with his life.

"Ich muss die Ratte finden, bevor sie herausfinden, dass Adele schwanger ist. (I must find the rat before they find out about Adele being pregnant)." He spoke while taking off his bandages to shower. Luca was so focused he didn't hear Adele come back in until she spoke. "What the hell are you doing, Luca?!" Slowly, he turned to her with his brow arched as she and the dogs walked into the bathroom. Who the fuck was she speaking to as if she lost her fucking mind?

"I don't know who you are talking to, Dele. What does it look like I'm doing?" He asked as she quickly walked over to him, placing a hand on his with a frown. "You can't get in the shower, Baby. Not with those bullet wounds; water and soap won't help them. Didn't Liam tell you this?" She said as he continued to glare at her.

"Then how am I going to wash my ass? Because I'm not about to walk around stinking Adele." Luca spoke, making her laugh as he shook his head. "I can give you a sponge bath if you like." A smile separated across Luca's face. A sponge bath from his wife sounded great, but he wanted to know what more he could get out of it. Luca was horny, which was nothing new, but if Adele didn't want him in the shower, she would have to give him something in return. He knew it was wrong but didn't care. Adele was only trying to help, but she would benefit as well.

"If I let you give me a sponge bath... what do I get out of it?"

"A fucking bath. What the hell do you mean? What will you get out of it, Luca? You want to be clean therefore I will help. That makes no sense, me giving you something after I help you." She rolled her eyes as he slowly took a step toward her. "You need to watch your damn mouth—"

"What the hell are you going to do? Limp after me?" She said smartly, making Luca cock his head to the side. Adele's pregnancy had her acting crazy, and he liked it. "Bold, I see. Maybe I should test how bold you really are..." He smirked, noticing she wasn't backing down, so Luca nodded with a smirk.
