The year was 2010 when the ice storm hit.
It was something no one had ever seen before.
Me and my class were out on a overnight camping trip.
We woke up one morning and everything was frozen over.
My teachers were confused since the forecast said it would be sunny all week.
We had decided to cancel the rest of the trips and we were sent back to our rooms.
But me and my friends where being stupid.
We threw rocks at thick icicles, challenging who could crack one first.
However
My friend hit a wrong angle
The whole ledge where the icicles where began to shake.
They ran quickly.
But I couldn't.
I was frozen.
They all fell on me.
My friends called the teachers who brought me to the hospital.
Those icicles where sharp and punctured through my flesh.
They said I should be dead.
But I was alive.
My cuts and scares healing so quickly....
It scared them.
'There must be a reason for this' the doctor says.
"HE'S BLESSED!"
"HE WAS CHOSEN BY THE GOD."
No one believed it until the truth was slowly revealed.
I was not only immune to the cold, but could freeze objects.
I was blessed.
