I had a very bizarre dream that sort of inspired this and had to write it down. I never write about stuff like this, but I had an urge and it has been fulfilled. Originally, I was gonna write this with Bakugou but he'd be TERRIBLE at this kind of thing which, one one hand, hilarious...but on the other I also write so much for him. Kirishima fits the bill for this prompt much better.
Warnings: pregnancy, blood (no violence or gore or angst), Kirishima crying manly tears

The crumbling infrastructure wouldn't last much longer. The smoke and kicked-up dust made it hard to breathe, but Kirishima pushed forward. He knew there were at least one or two more people left in the building, and he'd be damned if he didn't do everything he could to make sure everyone got out safely.
"Hello? If anyone is here or injured, please answer! Red Riot is here to help!" He yelled into the empty office building floor where the ceiling had caved in a bit. The echo his voice made sent chills down his spine. The eerie quiet after devastating destruction never failed to creep him out.
Suddenly, a voice cried out from the other end of the room. Strained, tired, desperate. "Uravity, you copy?" he said into his earpiece as he began sprinting, hopping over rubble and dodging broken beams and insulation. If he disturbed what was left of the supports to the building, it could all come crumbling down on top of him and whoever was left inside.
"Copy!" a voice echoed through a bit of static in his ear. "Find any more survivors?"
"Yes, going towards them now." Another yell, this one even more pained than the last, forced his legs to move faster until he reached the end of the room. A bit of movement mostly obscured behind a desk caught his attention. "Hello? Red Riot here! Please stay - oh!"
When he rounded the desk, Kirishima stopped in his tracks. There, kneeling on the ground, sat a very pregnant woman. Her hair was matted with dust, and several rips sliced through the flowers printed on the fabric of her dress. Very high risk. Need to be delicate.
She let out another pained wail while holding her stomach before looking up at him, desperation and anguish pooling in her eyes. Kirishima quickly got a hold of himself; he had to keep calm and collected for her sake. "Ma'am, it's alright. Heroes are here. Are you injured?"
A hiss escaped her gritted teeth as she shook her head... but then decided against it and nodded, instead. "It hurts... please!"
"Where does it hurt? We need to get you outside to the ambulance-"
"Noo!" she screamed as she doubled over once again. "Not now... please, not now!"
Confused, Kirishima looked between her and the blocked-off exit where beams and drywall had fallen in front of the doors. "Now is much better than later! I understand this is a stressful situation, but-"
With far more force than he thought she was capable of, the woman reached forward and gripped his shoulder before looking up into his eyes as sweat coated her forehead and matted hair stuck to the sides of her face. "No! I can't move... there's no time!"
"No..? Oh... oh, no." Unable to hide his internal panic, Kirishima finally noticed the pool of what seemed to be water that lay underneath her. Like a beam bouncing off mirrors, Kirishima connected the dots in his head and held up his hands in a pathetic attempt to mollify the situation. "Now?!"
"Yes, now! Babies don't wait for - AGH!" Her fingers dug into his padded shoulder as he tried to steady her.
This was not happening. He wasn't trained for this kind of rescue! "There's an ambulance right outside! Please, I can pick you up and carry you out!" He took a shaky breath in a futile attempt to stay calm for both this woman's sake and his own as he pressed the button on his earpiece. "Uravity, where's that support?!"
