Erin stood there, silent. So silent she could hear her own breath. 'Okay just do it Erin what have you got to lose' *Knock Knock Knock*
She waited their patiently. The door opened. It was Jay, she was it his apartment. He opened it saw her and went to shut it again.
"JAY PLEASE" Erin yelled nearly in tears
He stopped suddenly, she normally doesn't shed a tear not show that type of emotion so he knew it was genuine. "Come in"
"Beer?" Jay questioned Erin
"Um yeh sure? Thanks" Erin said shocked
He passed her a beer out of the fridge and sat down on the lounge and faced the TV. Erin didn't exactly know what to do next, does she sit next to him does she stand. What next?
She stayed standing and began to plead her case. "Jay I understand how angry you are at me, I left without anything. And I'm so..."Jay cut her off "Erin I walked in to your apartment, you know how because I had a key because it was our apartment at one stage. I walked in there to find nothing, no memory of you, no memory of us nothing. How do you expect me to feel?!"
Erin was lost for words "I uh" she was speechless. It was a good couple of seconds before she started talking again. "Jay you pushed me away. You told me you were married after I found out because she turned up and wanted a divorce? You we're never going to say anything if she hadn't come to town? I knew it was a fling in Vegas so I was just going to shrug past it because I knew you loved me. But I come home and you pack up your things and go? But yet it's my fault I left? By then it wasn't exactly hard because I didn't think you wanted any type of relationship after that"
"I was going to propose" Jay sniffed and turned away
"What" Erin was shocked she couldn't believe what she was hearing. "But we weren't together"
"You were the one. And I screwed that up. I wanted to go back to normal because I knew how much wrong I had done. I shouldn't have pushed you away and I'm sorry. And then you left and I broke" Jay shrugged still not looking towards her
"I'm sorry I shouldn't have come" Erin turned away and walked towards the door, as she grabbed the handle she felt Jays hand grab her arm and spin her around pushing her up against the door. She suddenly stopped not being able to comprehend what was happening she could feel Jays breath, smell his smell. It was home. He grabbed her cheek and kissed her, she pulled away quickly "Jay are you sure?" He nodded and continued to kiss her, they both could feel each other's heartbeats stronger then ever.
As they continued to kiss more passionately Erin pulled Jays shirt up over his head revealing his muscular form. He then took her shirt off, they both kicked off there shoes.
Jay picked Erin up and took her to the bedroom. He laid her down on the bed hovering above her, kissing her neck, jawline he then reattached his lips to hers as their kisses became deeper. Erin began to undo Jays belt, he grabbed her hand "Erin is this the right thing to do? I don't want either of us to hurt again" Jay breathed heavily, he knew this was exactly what he wanted."I want you. All of you" Erin said as she pulled jay down to meet her lips.
