Erin and Jay decided to drop Noah off at day care early so they could grab breakfast together before work. As they were walking into the coffee shop a group of men started whistling at Erin and calling her over, Jay gave them death stares and told them to watch themselves as Erin just kept grabbing him telling him to leave it. They arrived at the coffee shop ordered and sat down.
Jay looked at Erin as she stared out the window "I can't blame them"
Erin gave him a confused look "What you talking about?"
Jay "Those guys that we're trying to get your attention, I mean your hot as hell" she gave him a funny look "I mean it didn't take you long to bounce back from having a baby"
Erin rolled her eyes "Babe you have nothing to worry about, your the only man for me" she gave him a wink.
They finished up there breakfast and headed out, as they were walking back the guys continued to call out for Erin and then started putting shit on Jay. That made him turn stop and turn around.
Erin shouted "Jay leave it" he handed her his badge and gun, it reminded him of the first couple months they worked together but it was different now. She was his wife. She just rolled her eyes as she stood back with her arms folded.
He walked up to them, and shouted out to one as he walked over, the stranger yelled at him "You just want to pin me for assaulting a police officer" Jay shrugged and put his arms up "You see a badge on me?" The guy shook his head and walked over to him and with that Jay knocked him on his ass and looked at the others "Anyone else?" They all went quiet and turned away, Jay walked back over to Erin.
Erin passed him back his badge and gun "Huh, my hero. Now get in the car" she had a stern voice which made Jay frown, but he was pleased with himself.
After a few hours at work had passed Erin went looking for Hailey who was in the break room. She walked in and shut the door behind her "Hey Hailey can we talk?" She motioned for her to sit down at the table.
Hailey "Of course Erin, what's up?"
Erin "Um you and Jay got pretty close after I left didn't you?"
Hailey "Yeh we did, Erin what's going on?"
Erin "Do you know who Camilla is?"
Hailey's face went blank, she hadn't heard that name in a while. She didn't expect to ever hear that name again not after she made a deal with her to make sure she stayed away. Erin could see that Hailey was stuck for words.
Erin "Hailey I know how close you and Jay are and I know you helped him through a lot more then he says when I let Chicago but I need you to tell me if you know anything about this girl please"
Hailey "Um she was caught up in an undercover case with Jay"
Erin "Well that can't be the only thing that happened, what aren't you telling me?"
