Jay woke up, rolling over to see that Erin was still soundly asleep. He started tracing circles around her stomach, the thought of her being pregnant again and then having another baby made him beyond happy.
He got up and decided to go take a shower, he hear Erin starting to stir but he just told her to go back to sleep, it was only early.
As Erin slowly started to open her eyes she noticed the bathroom door open, the crept up to the bottom of the bed so she could see in, checking out her handsome man she just laid there.
Once he noticed he smiled, even with shaving cream all over his face he was still sexy as hell.
"Morning." Jay said smiling.
"Morning. So detective how you feeling?" She said resting her hands under her chin as she watched him.
He turned around and walked over to her, giving her a kiss leaving a little bit of shaving cream on her face, causing him to laugh.
"Hey!" Erin said slapping his arm and gently pushing him back.
"Babe I'm so happy, I mean another baby. I couldn't be happier" he said giving her another kiss, which this she embraced.

Later that day Erin sat in Voights office, waiting for him to return from the ivory tower. Finally she heard the door open, causing her to jump a little.
"Erin, hey. How long you been waiting? I mean everyone's gone him, including your husband?" Hank said confused.
"Uh yeah, he's picking the kids up. I just wanted to have a chat." She said shrugging.
"Your pregnant again?" Hank asked about to sit down, he didn't hear her say anything so he turned around to see her smiling, he walked over and hugged her "That's really great news."
Erin hugged Hank back and then they both sat down "Thanks Hank."
"So you know what this means then, desk duty. How far along are you?"
"Not sure yet, doctors appointment tomorrow. But that's not what I wanted to talk to you about, well it is kinda I guess" she paused getting a blank look from Hank she took a deep breath and continued "Hank I'm done with intelligence."
Hank was shocked to say the least but he understood, "How does Halstead feel?"
"I haven't spoken to him about it yet, Hank I never ever imagined my life like this. If you would have told me this 10 years ago I would have laughed in your face, but here I am and I couldn't be happier. It's just with Noah and Camille and now this little peanut and Jay of course, I'm done risking my life every single day. I thought about this once before but I wasn't ready to give it all up, but I am now."
"I completely understand Erin, your a mum now. You have to put your family first."
"Thanks Hank."

The next day at the appointment Jay and Erin waited patiently, Erin was laying on the bed waiting for the doctor to come in.
There was a slight knock at the door and then Will came in "Hey guys, so another baby? Congrats guys."
"Thanks Will." Erin said smiling, while Jay got up to give his brother a hug.
"I will leave you both too it, I just seen your name and I thought I'd come in and say hey and congratulate you both."
They both smiled and watch Will wall out and their doctor walk in, the doctor greeted them and got Erin and the machine ready to do an ultrasound.
It took a couple minutes and then a smile wiped over the doctors face "So the babies look very healthy, I'd say your about 14 weeks along."
Erin looked at Jay, who had a confused look on his face also then back at the doctor "I'm sorry did you say babies?"
The doctor nodded "Yes Erin, congratulations you are having twins."
Jay squeezed Erins hand and leant over to kiss her forehead "Wow, twins."
"Yeah wow" she smiled and took a deep breath "So I'm already 14 weeks along? Wow."
"Yeah, they say it gets easier each time."
Erin laughed "Yeah we will see about that."

When Jay and Erin got back to work they walked up the steps to the bullpen, hand in hand, everyone noticed them and their eyes opened up, whenever they showed their relationship infront of everyone they had big news.
"Hey guys, so we have some news." Jay said with a grin ear to ear.
Everyone stood up, they had an idea what was coming, "I'm pregnant." And said throwing her hands up in the air, everyone cheered and went over to hug and congratulate them both.
"This is great news, another baby wow." Adam nudged Jay in the arm.
"Oh yeah that's the other thing, we are having twins." Erin said as she rested her hand on her belly. Once again everyone was ecstatic for them both.
When Erin finally had the chance to speak to Jay she walked over to him and gave him a hug, but when she pulled back she laughed "Halstead, we are so done with babies after I push these two out."
