These days, there are moments that I crave for meat, most of the times, they turn out to be my appetite, rather than true hunger. Nevertheless, I'm always generous to myself, providing more than what my body asks, and I end up eating meat about once or twice a week.
And I'm always left with a sense of guilty swollen in both my stomach and my heart.
Apparently, I'm aware that this small portion won't do my body much harm, but it seems as if my body is rejecting taking in meat itself.
The same thing applies with sugar and dairy products.
I think, I should start a no-meat/ dairy products for 1 month. It should help!
