André: works at the bar and is made the face of the place because he's just so generally charismatic; everybody who comes here on his shift loves him because he's the most positive bartender ever, and he gets the most tips out of anyone. In fact, when the time comes for André to quit so he can go work somewhere too far from there to travel, the entire staff outright cry and beg for him to stay, then pitch in for the biggest gift basket they can find. He walks onto the set of his new TV show with tears in his eyes.

Tori: performs weekly and stands on the bar belting it out. The owner gets annoyed when she struts all over the wooden top, but doesn't fire her because she's admittedly got a good voice. The only thing he does is passive-aggressively suggest she wear different shoes that won't scratch the wood - which she constantly forgets to follow.

Jade: quits because she gets tired of being told what to do, then gets employed at the dance place opposite and can see through the windows to her friends waiting on people whilst she demonstrates cool moves. Beck in particular drops his mouth enviously when he passes the windows and can see his girlfriend teach Zumba just out of reach to him.

Beck: the most polite waiter anybody has ever employed at the restaurant. His customers always compliment him on his brilliant customer service, and when he tells them he's Canadian they nod their heads further and churn out some stereotypes about them being the meekest people on Earth; he just stands there with the orders in hand, nodding along with a false smile and reminding himself he's getting paid for all this. It's character building, you hear him mutter in the kitchen as you pass him, it's character building.

Cat: she isn't allowed near anyone or anything anymore - not since the Great Spoon Incident - so she stands in a corner in the kitchen playing games on your phone that you lend her (her phone has had to have been restricted since she almost recorded Angry Birds across the whole appstore - say what you want about Cat, but to be fair she is quite intelligent). Every so often a loud advertisement from the game pops up and the suddenness of the noise causes Cat to jump in shock, which causes the nearest employees to her to jump in shock too - you think that after the Great Knife Incident though, you would just take the phone off her by now. But it's either the phone or her working, and personally you don't want only seven and a half fingers like poor Jimmy.

Robbie: diligent little assistant cook, he chops and minces everything for use of the chefs. However, after the Great Knife Accident with Cat, he is permitted to move his chopping station to the opposite end of the kitchen. Cat frowns at not getting to chat to her boyfriend every shift, but everyone else working breathes a sigh of relief.
