With the dogs howling being her motivation, Katie races down the stairwell with pure joy. She nearly knocks Cassie down as she hurries to the first floor of the mansion. Everyone stares at her as she finally makes it to the bottom step. The blonde makes her way to the front door, a skip in her step.
"Hey, Babies-" When Katie opens the door, she sees that the two German Shepards that had been black and brown are now red with blood. "Oh my God!"
Katie's shrieks alarm everyone in the house. Max, Jett, and Axel are the first ones to get to the blonde first. When they see the bloody mess outside, they all snarl their noses in disgust. Loud stomping echos from the stairwell.
"What's going on? Katie-" Lane sees his lover's horrified face, going to her immediately. "What's going on? Why did you scream?"
Lane looks out the screen door to see the two dogs sitting in the mix of animal guts and loose fur. He stomps his foot in anger and growls.
"Are you fucking kidding me? Off the porch! Off!" Lane barks out loud, making the dogs scurry of the porch. "Ah, shit! No good, over sized rats! You're cleaning it up, Katie."
The blonde snarls her nose at his words. "Eww!"
Phoenix smirks smugly with Ryder nearby, trying to withhold their laughter.
"Yeah, ewww." Lane says with annoyance, "You wanted those bastards, you clean up after them! Give them a bath and clean this porch up!"
"Can she do it after breakfast?" Marco says from the hallway that goes back to the kitchen, "I make everyone pancakes."
Lane glares at his lover, nodding slowly. He jabs a finger in her direction. "Fine, but first thing! You clean this shit up."
A few of the members of the gang bite their tongues and lips to withhold their laughter. Lane never rises his voice to her or gives her a command such as he had now. It was shocking het satisfying to Phoenix and Jett. Katie stares at the bloody mess outside on the porch. Axel walks up, leaning against the wall with his arms crossed.
"Do you know what to use to clean this up?" Axel sighs tiredly.
"Soap...water?" The blonde shrugs, disgusted.
"And? What else?" He says with a small smile, trying to get her knowledge of cleaning.
She turns to him with wide eyes full of shock. "There's more?"
"I'll help you, after my cup of coffee." The tattooed man nods with a smirk, "Besides, it would give me a chance to escape the drama around here."
Katie squints her eyes in confusion. "What drama?"
Suddenly, Rebel appears. Her dark eyes are filled with worry. She wears her burned orange sweater and black jeans with leather, heeled boots
"Katie, I have to tell you something." The mixed girl says, her auburn hair swaying as she moves. "Lola cheated on Frankie last night!"
The blonde closes her eyes tightly, hearing the dogs whimper outside for her. When Katie opens her eyes, she immediately looks to Elijah from across the room.
"With Elijah?" She nods knowingly.
"No, with Luka!" Rebel shakes her head, eyes wide. "Frankie caught them in bed together this morning! He just took all of her new clothes and threw them out his bedroom window!"
Suddenly, Lola comes racing down the stairs and storms to the front door. She shoves Rebel, Katie and Axel our of her way as she steps onto the porch.
"No no no no no no no!" The dyed auburn haired girl runs through the mess of scattered animal carcass, tripping. "What the-EWWWW!!!!"
Lola's disgusted cries echos into the house. She rushes down the steps to the side of the house where her clothes had been tossed out onto the yard. Katie and Rebel hurries with Cassie trailing behind them to a good window to see the scene. They walk into the small living room and go to the large windows, peeking out to see that the two dogs, covered in animal blood, are rolling around and playing with Lola's clothes.
"Oh no!" Katie puts her hands to her face in horror. "No Sugar! No Charlie! No!"
Cassie chuckles at the sight. "This is hilarious!"
Lola shrieks from outside, chasing the dogs away from her clothes in anger. Frankie, from the window, throws down her shoes one shoe at a time.
"This is bad!" Katie says softly.
"Really bad." Rebel nods, "But it was Lola's choice."
