• Katie Fairfield's pajama outfit (ignore the phone!) •
As 'The Prince and the Showgirl', starring Marilyn Monroe and Laurence Oliver, comes to an end, Lane looks to the living room doorway worriedly. All of the girls in the house had headed upstairs to gather their beauty supplies to play with while they watched TV with the remaining men. When Katie excused herself, taking the black kitten, Salem, with her, he knew she was was still upset over their previous quarrel over them not having the chance to have children.
Elijah stands up, walking to the kitchen to get something to snack on. Luka, Marco, and Jett all head upstairs to bed, tired from the day's crime spree. Axel turns his head to see his boss's longing expression, the way the crime lord's blue eyes stare at the doorway of the living room. Waiting for a beautiful blonde to sweep in to give Lane hope.
After some hesitation, Axel speaks. "I know it's not my place, but she is still just a kid you know. She doesn't understand our world and how it works quite yet."
Lane turns to his second in command with a firm expression, his brows furrowed. He glares at the tattooed man heatedly.
"You're right." Lane says with a displeased expression, "It's not your place to discuss such matters."
Axel nods his head, turning back tot he TV. Lane heavily sighs and puts his cheek in his hand, staring at the television set in boredom.

Katie changes from her thin, white knit sweater and soft skirt to a t-shirt and pajama shorts. She grabs a pair of Lane's thick socks, putting them on her feet for warmth against the chill in the mansion. Salem, the black kitten, cries out for her attention as he slowly walks across the queen sized bed that belongs to the crime lord and his lover. The blonde throws her dirty clothes in a small basket she had found in a closet in the house.
Katie goes to the bed and scoops up her mischievous kitten in her hands, holding him to her chest. Outside, the two dogs bark loudly. Curious, the blonde walks over to the only window in the attic bedroom. Drawing the thick, frilly, velvet red curtains back to get a good view of the outside, Katie's eyes search for any sight of the dogs.
A knock at the door makes the blonde jump, gasping. She quickly turns her body around. Salem faintly cries at the sound of her heart beating faster.
"Who is it?" Katie calls, gulping her saliva.
"The Boogyman!" The sound of Rebel's familiar, sarcastic tone gives Katie relief. "Who else would it be?"
"The door is open." She calls back, blushing from her own jitters.
The door to the attic bedroom opens, revealing Rebel standing on the last step on the stairwell to the attic. She wears a thin grey romper with a silky bathrobe. Katie smiles at how cozy she looks.
"Well, you look nice and cozy." Katie chuckles, closing the frilly red curtains. "Where did you get that?"
The blonde notices how Rebel remains on the stairwell, not entering the bedroom. She wonders why.
"I bought these at that one place where I sold all my clothes." Rebel shrugs, "It's kind of cold up here, isn't it?"
Katie smirks. "Yeah, it is."
Rebel peaks her head in, looking around, nodding slowly. "It's nice. Not that I expected of Boss's room."
"What did you expect? The walls painted black with skulls of his victims all around for decoration for him to admire?" The blonde plops down on her side of the bed, setting Salem down beside her to explore.
