"Damn... what the hell was that?" Yae'Shawn chuckled as he glanced towards the back.
"They're fighting again," Assyria mumbled as she began working on her puzzle. It was the third day of Renae's second round of Chemo and her emotions were all over the place.
Every little thing seemed to have bothered her and this was the fifth time that she and King had argued in one day.
"Put yur headphones on Sy," Reign told her as she cut the volume to the tv up.
"I just hope he doesn't leave her... but it's like she's pushing him away," Kairo confessed and Kaari just stared at the tv.
"Don't say dah, shi emotional and has a right to be," Reign defended.
Sucking his teeth, he stared at the tv deciding to ignore her comment. They have all been around Renae when she was upset and King was always the one forced to leave.
"I think she'll pull through... she's just scared right now because we all know, that can be overwhelming," Yae' Shawn spoke up and Kaari scoffed.
"Yuh nuh even know her," she rolled her eyes and he frowned.
"Where did that come from?"
"Dis isn't yur family, so stop giving yur unneeded opinions," she mugged him and everyone looked around in confusion.
"Kar," Reign sighed and Kaari held her hand up to stop her.
"Yuh shud be gone, mi nuh know why yuh here. Mi sure nuh waah yuh over,"
Chuckling, Yae'Shawn nodded slowly and stood, "I told you about her, but I'ma see myself out."
"Huh? Wait, Shawn don't leave man," Kairo jumped up and Kaari glared at him.
"Nah, I won't disrespect yo parents so I'll leave, but I'll be back," he grabbed his jacket and left out.
Assyria stared at Kaari as if she wanted to shove her puzzle board down her throat and Ava just shook her head.
"Wah di fuck wuz dah?" Reign spat and Kaari just waved her off dismissively.
"Aye," Karen scolded entering the living room when Reign got up.
"Di gyal iz losing ih," she glared at Kaari, wanting to smack the taste out her mouth.
"Yuh damn right!" Kaari snapped getting in her face and Kairo rushed over and pulled Reign back before she could hit her.
"You're crazy," Assyria shook her head and Kaari kicked her puzzle board over and tried to walk away but before Karen could do anything, Reign pushed Kairo back and punched the hell out of her.
"Lord have mercy!" Karen screamed, rushing over when they started fighting in the corner.
Ava just sat there watching in disgust, this was embarrassing and they were inside the damn house.
Hearing the commotion going on, Layton rushed inside the living room as King was flying down the stairs to see what was going on. Reign cocked her arm back, ready to punch Kaari in the nose but Layton snatched her up and covered her mouth before she could say something she would regret.
"Every one of you is sitting around as if everything is ok and I am sick of it! I am sick of this fake love, this fake concern, and this fake ass support!" Kaari yelled angrily as King stood in front of her daring her to move.
