"I'm not going... I don't know why you're still packing stuff," Renae shrugged as King sorted through their closet.

"I'm trying to keep you safe, Nae... I'm not arguing with you," he told her and she shook her head.

"So did my dad tell you something? Since when does Eve talk to any of you?"

Staring at her briefly, King leaned against the door and folded his arms, "Did you forget dat she can't seem to let DJ go? All he had to do was ask Alice to set some shit up and we took it from there."

"Well, I'm not going. I'm grown and I'm also not forcing the kids to go when they like it out here. I really wish you guys would stop making decisions on my behalf without even considering how I would feel. It's so draining, I'm tired of it," she stressed.

"Mum... are wi leaving?" Reign asked entering the bedroom and Renae cut her eyes to King and rose a brow.

"I'm not, but apparently your father and the rest of the men think it's ok to just force us out against our damn will, ain't that right?" she smiled at King.

"Wah wi gotta leave for? I'm nuh going anywhere involuntarily... I just started mi paid internship two days ago, wah wrong with yuh guys?"

"Hmm," Renae chuckled and King gave her a look.

"Yeah, no," Reign waved her hand dismissively. "Dis iz time for us to ave a talk,"

When she left out, Renae made a popping sound with her lips and stood, "Mmhmm."

Annoyed, King cut the closet light off and followed behind Renae as they heard Kaari and the rest of the kids arguing with Dajon them.

"Well, I like Jamaica and all but only for vacation, dis is more of a punishment and dat makes it less fun," Kairo stated.

"I got my art stuff here, no way am I leaving... I'll go next summer," Ava added.

"If I known dis, I wud ave stayed in Atlanta for school..." Kaari sighed and Reign nodded in agreement.

Kwan looked at Dajon then at King and waited on him to speak.

"So...." Reign clasped her hands together and sat next to Assyria and stared at King, "I tink it'z fair to say none of us waah to go by force."

"Mi tink y'all seemed fi ave forgotten ahuu di adults a an ahuu a di pickney dem," Kwan said and he stared at Reign as if she fell off a bull.

"Wi are tired of moving... every time som'p happens, yuh guys send us away or remove us from a place wi called home without even asking us... nuh dis time," Kaari shook her head.

"I am confused... I could have sworn you were the main one that wanted to go back to Jamaica... so why is it a problem now?" Dajon quizzed.

"Kaaz yuh guys are forcing us... any other time wi ask, wi nuh go. Wah di difference now? Somebody else out fi get us?  Nuh yuh tink wi a tyad ah a hav tuh pack up an move ar hide somewhere? Wah mek a wi hiding wen people. . . Di mon eena fi wi fambily a supposed tuh bi sum legends? Dat soun lakka fear. . . . imagine how tyad wi are," she replied.

"Like I said, I had a plan and I'm not running and neither is my damn kids," Renae shrugged before walking away.

"On dat note, I'm late for work," Reign got up and skipped out with Kaari following shortly behind her.

"What's tha' point of having bodyguards and a dad who kills people and an uncle who iz certified crazy if you all are just going to send us away whenever things get a little crazy?" Ava questioned then sighed getting up.
