Jacob's POV

I go to school and just avoid everyone. I'm truly mad and still burning.

"Jacob Evans?" The teaches takes attendance.

"Here" I grab my phone and look through insta.

"Justin Jossler?" She asks. "Justin Jossler??" She asks once again. Damn she is right, where is Justin. He is nowhere to be found. That is weird.

"Hey Jake, we got team practice in the afternoon, we need to define positions" Bryce walks up to me.

"Of course I'll be there man" I smile at him. "Careful cause you are getting bench" I mock him.

"Sure, we'll see about that" he pats my back. I grab a bag of Doritos and sit next to the boys.

At the table next to us I see Ryder, Emily, Ian, Mike.... But where is Ronnie? That is super weird. She would never miss out a day of school. Maybe she stayed in class talking to a teacher. I lay off and continue talking to the boys.

At lunch it happened again, where the fuck is Ronnie. I walk up to Chelsea.

"Hey handsome, what's up" she is sitting down next to her cheer friends.

"Umm Chels, can you come with me a sec" I shipped and she follows. "Did you see Ronnie today?" I ask with bare volume in my voice.

"Nope, the last time I saw her was at that party on Saturday, she left with her sister" she looks worried at me.

"That is super weird" I say.

"Don't worry, maybe she got sick from all the drinking and decided to stay home" I roll my eyes at her statement and simply nod. Then, she walks away.

I hope she comes tomorrow, no of course not, im mad at her, very mad. I won't let this be a distraction I got the trials today and I need to keep quarterback on the next game.

"Hi guys, we have a big game coming up and we need only the strongest players in the field, today we will see who they are" coach grabs the ball and we run to the field. I start my trials pretty strong. Thank god Justin is not here today I don't have any competition. We finished the trials and I successfully become quarterback again. Mike looks annoyed when coach announced it.

"You are dismissed" he says and we all leave.

"Better luck next time" I pat Mike's shoulder.

"Shut up, I'm better than you" he answers.

"Sure" I say under my breath.

"Jaz, let's go" I find her in the locker area with her friends.

"Don't worry babe, Bella is gonna take me there at night" she places her hand on my shoulder.

"Babe?" I ask.

"Sorry, Jake I'm going home afterwards" she tries to let go.

"Okay I guess... see you there" I don't even give her a warning and make her let go of my shoulder by obligation.

At home I get the usual. I lay down with my phone for a while and then go and pick up Bailes. Thankfully she had already eaten so I don't have to worry about that. as soon as she gets home she grabs her toys and start messing around.
