I have no Proof other than my camera that I have a crush on Adrian. Alexa is one that is not good with her proof as seen earlier in other chapters.

Because of that weird episode with Alexa, she went from hot to cold real fast. I asked to change the station and she got so mad at me for no reason that she purposely drove over a speed bump with my door not all the way closed and my seatbelt wasn't on since the seatbelt got suspiciously stuck and when that bump came, I was flown out of the car. And I went flying like a superhero.

Onto the cold, hard, and rocky blacktop. I ended up ripping my pants and getting a bloody arm. My face got a little bit of rock in them.

You're probably like "oh, are you ok?" To be honest, I am fine, I'm used to Alexa doing stuff like this all the time. The thing is, I can't put her in her place because I'm her little sister, and she thinks that because I am 3 years younger than her, that she can do whatever she wants with me.

But, this might be a side effect of her toxic relationship. Maybe because there are some things beyond her control in her relationship that she can't take her anger out on Chance but can take it out on family members or inanimate things like they have no life or soul either.

I just picked myself back up and started walking to school, which was about 7 blocks away.

When I got to the library, Cassie and Adrian noticed that I was not in the best of shape.

"First, Adrian gets injured and now you? What is going on between you two?"

"Alexa is having a psychotic episode."

"What do you mean?"

"She threw me out of the car after hitting a speed bump."

Everybody was silent.

"Ok, I knew Alexa was a little crazy, but why would she throw you out of her car and you're her little sister that doesn't make sense."

"The older you are in Alexa's head is how much power you have."

I tried to sit down but my leg suddenly felt stiff, then I felt a crack.

"Uh oh."

"What's wrong?"

"Owwwwwwwww!"

My leg started to hurt in pain. I couldn't feel my leg and it wouldn't move. And that's when I saw blood running down from the rip in my pants.

"I think I need to go to the nurse."

"I'll take you." Adrian said.

"But, Adrian, you're injured." Cassie said.

" we are friends, and friends stick out for each other. Kat is not in as much pain as I was when I got my boot, so she'll be ok."

"Owwwww....."

"Come on Kat, let's go." The two of them each picked up a side of me and led me to the nurses office where the nurse examined my leg and my cuts.

"I feel down the school steps because I was in a rush." I lied.

"It looks like a pretty deep cut. Just stay off of your foot until April, which is like a week. It should heaL by then. Believe me, even though I'm a school nurse, I know more than ice packs."
