Chapter 18 ~ Broken Secrets

We had made on to the platform, and to be honest I couldn't wait to see everyone. I saw Pansy and ran up to her "y/n!" She yelled. We gave each other a massive hug, we hadn't seen each other all holiday.

After we had caught up, we go onto the train and settled our selves into a cabinet. We were sat chatting when the door slid open. I looked up and saw Draco standing there "hey, ferret boy." I said with a smirk as he sat down next to me "long time no see."

We were a little while into the trip, when Draco leaned over to me. "Did you like the present?" He whispered in my ear. I picked up my bag next to me, showing the hoodie neatly folded inside, "very much." I replied, noticing a wide grin spread across his face. "Good." His voice sent shivers down mine spine. "Come with me" he said, before leaving the cabinet. "I'll be right back" I explained to Pans before following the blonde boy out.

He grabbed my hand and showed my to an apparently empty cabinet. I was surprised to see one empty with the amount of people on the train. I walked in and Draco closed the door behind us. "I missed you." He said snaking his arms around my waist. "Oh really?" I asked sarcastically, getting closer towards his face. He nodded before placing his lips calmly on mine.

Before I knew it our lips were in sync. His hands roaming all around my body and mine in his hair. Soon his kisses trailed down my neck hitting certain sweet spots, causing me to let out a slight moan. Then they were soon back on my lips. His hands were lightly brushing my waist and hips. I had never kissed someone like this before, so passionately.

After a while, we ended up sat down on the seats, his arm wrapped around me, his spare hand playing with mine. "Did your mum like the present you picked out?" I asked "she loved it." He smiled "did you figure out the next task over the holiday?" He asked "I actually left the egg in the common room, so no" I squirmed realising that was probably a bad idea. "But I'll open it again tonight, and see if I can figure it out."

We eventually arrived at Hogwarts and met our friends outside the train. "Where in Merlin have you been?" Pansy asked. "No where." I replied smirking at Malfoy. "Well, come on, we'll be late otherwise"

We stood outside the doors of the great hall, when Draco took my hand. "What are you doing" I asked confused "well, as your brother knows and Diggory kind of knows, I should be allowed to do this" he said wrapping his arm around my shoulder, but still holding my hand. I couldn't help but smile. "I guess you can. " I replied "but if you can do that, I can do this" and I kissed him gently on the cheek.

I could feel all eyes on Draco and I as we walked into the hall towards our table. I guess it was hard for people to comprehend a Potter and a Malfoy together, which makes sense, because i still cant get my head around it. As we sat down, I noticed certain glares from the Slytherin girls, by the looks of it the cause was jealousy.

After a few more dirty looks, we made it back to the dungeons. We sat in the common room facing the fire place. I noticed the egg placed in the fireplace and grabbed it from its pedestal. "Dont you dare open that again" Pansy snapped "I'm going to have to, my task is in three days, and I have no idea what it is." I grabbed the top and twisted it, letting the ear killing scream spill out over the room. I quickly closed and realised what it was. "That was a mermaid" I stated "I thought mermaids voices were amazing?" Blaise said confused. "Only underwater." "Is there like a massive bath or something?" I questioned "Moaning Murtles Bathroom!" Pansy called "grab your swim suit and I'll show you."
