Emma's POV
"There we go." I say as I finish putting Shadow's new cold weather vest/jacket thing on her.
Once we got to Germany a few days ago I went to a pet store and bought a bunch of cold weather stuff for Shadow.
Shadow likes all of the gear except for the shoes.
She immediately shook the shoes off when I put them on her so we decided not to ever wear those again.
"Your all snuggly now." I say as Shadow smiles at me.
Shadow licks my face then the two of us look at our line up for today.

Vlatko wants us to be comfortable in a few formations so we're trying out a 3 back system with a CDM, 2 Center Mid's, a CAM, and three forwards.
"So Emma." Ali says from the seat in front of me. "You ready to play your sisters?"
"They're starting?" I ask.
"They are." Ali says and shows me the German line-up.
"Sweet." I say.
"WE'RE HERE." Someone shouts.
"Let's go Shadow." I say then my service dog and I stand up as we stop outside the Olympiastadion in Berlin, Germany.
After the bus stops everyone grabs their bags then we get off the bus and head to the locker room.
When I get to my locker I take my AirPods out, take out my nose ring, take off my necklaces and my rings, then I put my jewelry and AirPods in my bag.
Once I'm jewelry free I put on my short sleeve lime green undershirt, my warm up top, then I put on my game shorts. I then sit down in my locker, put my long long curly brown hair up in a ponytail, put on my socks and put on my black and gold boots.
After my boots are on I tape my wrists, hands, and fingers then I put on my black and white keeper gloves before I head onto the field with the other keepers.
When I get on the pitch I run through my warm ups with the keepers for a while then head back to the locker room.
Once in the locker room I change out of the training top and change into my lime green keeper jersey while the coaches do their last minute talks.
After the last minute talks are over we are told to head to the tunnel so I grab my towel and water bottle then I head to the front of the line in the tunnel.
Minutes later we are told to head out onto the field for the prematch stuff so I lead our team out onto the field
Once on the field we stand in a line and stand in silence for the German anthem.
When our anthem starts, myself, Sarah, Moe, and a few more ladies take a knee.
After our anthem plays we stand up then we shake hands with the refs and the German team.
"Good luck." I say as I shake hands with my sisters Anja and Katja."
My sisters smirk at me then I shake hands with everyone else before I do the coin toss with the German captain.
Once the coin toss is done with I head to our bench and do our team huddle.
After our team huddle I lead Shadow to the sideline.
"Stay here Shadow." I say then Shadow barks and licks my face.
I smile at my Service dog and pet her head then I grab my towel and my water bottle and head to my goal.
Once I'm at my goal I hang my towel on the net, put my water bottle outside the net, then I stand in my goal as the game kicks off.
"LET'S GO GIRLS." Kelley shouts from the bench. "YOU GOT THIS."

"Great game Emma." Sarah says as she hugs me.
"You too Sarah." I say and hug the center-back.
After I hug Sarah I hug the rest of the center-back's then I grab my water bottle and towel from the net.
Once I have my water bottle and towel I turn around then I see my favorite doggy running at me so I squat down.
When Shadow gets to me she jumps into my arms.
"Hi girl." I say as I hug my service dog. "You feeling okay."
Shadow yips and licks my face which is a great sign.
"Good." I say with a smile.
Shadow and I stay cuddled up for a while until I see my sisters walking over to me then I stand up as Shadow sits at my feet.
"You're a meanie." Anja says.
"What'd you mean?" I ask with a smile as my sisters walk into my open arms.
"You saved every damn shot." Katja says.
We won 2-0 thanks to a penalty from Tobin and a clusterfuck goal on a corner that Sarah Gorden scored.
"That's my job Kat." I say.
"Still could've let one of my shots in." Katja mumbles.
"Sorry Kit-Kat." I say as I notice both national teams media people coming over. "Looks like it's time for us to take the jersey swap pictures.
Anja and Katja nod then we take off our jerseys and pose for the pictures.
Once the pictures are over Heif hands me my first half jersey then I switch Jerseys with my sisters so I have both of theirs and they each have one of mine.
"I guess I'll see you two in London this weekend?" I ask.
"Yeah." Katja says. "We'll be there with the mom's and our girlfriends."
"Sick." I say.
My sisters and I hug one more time then I put on the puffy jacket Heif gives me then he, Shadow, and I make our way to the locker room.
"Do I need to be at the World Cup Draw?" I ask.
"No." Heif says. "Only Vlatko, Kate, and Kyle will be there."
"Sweet." I say as we get to the locker room.
"See you on the bus." Heif says then he heads to the media room.
"Come on Shadow." I say. "Let's get changed."
